My experience with Kim at Church View has been nothing but perfect after I lost a property with another Developer in the area. Kim has always kept me UpToDate with the progress of my new build and I cannot wait to move into a Hopkins Home knowing that I will also get the same support.

Jason has been absolutely phenomenal with supporting us on our journey to purchase our new home! He has always been able to answer all our questions, guide us in the right direction and really puts our needs first. Hopkins are known for their exceptional detail and quality of homes, and this extends to their consultants who really care about what they do and care for everyone they come into contact with! Katherine, Jo and Charlotte are so professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. Our sale and purchase has been so smooth thanks to them, undoubtedly!

Really excellent help from Matthew Jones at Barsham Vale. We visited two home developments but Matt’s professional in depth review of the Hopkins homes houses, quality and options made the competitors offering look nowhere near as exciting. He really made it easy for us to pick our new home and pay our reservation fee. Looking forward to our new life in Beccles

My partner and I are currently in the process of purchasing our first home and now just a week away from completion! We chose a Hopkins Home property and we have been highly impressed with the detail and dedication on getting our home to the best possible standard. Having Kim as our point of contact has been amazing, she's has always given us time to answer any questions that we have had and helped us to make this process as smoothly as possible.

Overall, we have had an excellent experience with everyone at Hopkins Homes and highly recommend their properties :)

Worst experience ever, cancelled sale when we were ready to exchange contracts. Their solicitors refused to reply to my solicitors at the very end of the process. No consideration for people, my daughter was due to move schools when the deal was cancelled very late in the process. Completely waste of time, with lives disrupted and with significant financial impact. This people is not serious. In the end I am very happy the deal did not go ahead, so thank you Hopkins Homes for all the mess you created. Not now, not ever to buy a house from you.

I visited 4 Hopkins Homes sites in search of my perfect property. I eventually managed to secure a new home in Stowmarket. Carolyn was super helpful and was always able to give me responses about the home. I was given all the information that I needed and any additional information that I asked was provided to me.
Carolyn has been flexible to show me, family and friends around at short notice and again answering any question.
The quality of my new home and finishing touches have been excellent. The overall site finishing touches and landscaping works well with the existing surroundings. Really impressive and a great experience.

My partner and I have recently purchased in church view Bramford and we are highly impressed by the quality of their homes and incredibly helpful team.

Hopkins homes are a 5 star company. From my first visit to the sales centre to completion day and ongoing with the aftercare I cannot fault their customer service and the quality of their homes. A particular mention for Kim the Hopkins sales agent who oversaw the whole process. This is the third time I have bought a new build the first time with HH. You are in safe hands with Kim. She really wants to ensure the home is the right one for you. No sales patter but pure love for her job. If he a fourth time to buy a new build its HH for me. Finally after you have moved in along comes georgie to look after your snagging needs and support. A lovely and approachable person where any problem is dealt with in a courteous manner. Our experience so far with Hopkins Homes (Beaulieu, Chelmsford) has been excellent from start to finish. From finding a home that perfectly suits our family’s needs to the day we moved in, the process has been smooth and well supported.

The entire team has been wonderful. Charlotte, our sales executive, has been incredibly supportive and always ready to listen to our queries as well as Jo. It has been about seven weeks since we moved in, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new home. The property is beautifully finished with high quality fittings, cosy, and energy-efficient. Our children absolutely love our new home.

James, the site manager, has been consistently approachable and responsive. Even when he was away, he ensured a seamless handover to Sam, who was equally helpful and efficient in responding to our 21-day queries.

Although it is a new development and some ongoing construction means there can be a bit of noise and mud at times, this has not taken away from our overall positive experience.

We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend Hopkins Homes to anyone considering purchasing with them.

Charlotte was exceptionally professional and went the extra mile for us. Answered all our questions and if she didn’t know would go and ask. She was also good at keeping us updated as the build progressed and with solictor proceedings. After care service was also on point with follow ups on snagging issues and nice touches like the move in and welcome gifts.

Throughout the entire process, Rachel has been exceptionally helpful, and everyone at Hopkins Home has been kind, welcoming, and professional, making the experience truly exciting and enjoyable.
