Very content! We hired " Vista Allegre" at Mallorca via Homerti. Very clear communication about costs, the real estate, how to get the keys.

Our questions were answered really quick.

The villa itsself was very clean, beautifull pool was also very clean, garden was a paradise.

We would like to mention that every day we had to kill huge cockroaches, the lack of hot water during the day really ruined our stay, and the toilet flush broke already on the second day.

I was sent a mail a few days before my booking, informing me that I would be met personally at the house and let in.
This did not happen and I was met by an answering machine when I tried to contact Homerti.
The situation was resolved eventually but it was a stressful start after a long trip.

Everything was fine. Check-in was quick and efficient. The apartment is in an excellent location, new and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend.

Great points of contact-our check in was a little dicey since we were juggling Indian wedding ceremonies and they were very understanding and patient with me. It was very appreciated and helped our stay get off on the right foot!

Overall the experience in the rental was overall pretty good. Basically clean and tidy. Couple things could have been easily made better by Homerti:
1. It was under-stocked with soap and paper products, so they needed to be purchased shortly after arrival.
2. At the start of the stay I asked Homerti for some basic guidance on street parking (suggestions for where and what the “green” parking spots outside the property represented). I received a reply of “parking is not included” rather than any helpful guidance and when I rephrased my question I received the same exact answer. Nothing helpful at all. Even if the reply was very basic like “there are two parking lots 5 minutes away that work well for overnight parking and green is for residents only” it would have made a huge difference for me. There were no street signs or anything that I could find in the town website to help so I ended up spending a lot of time watching what other people were doing and reading blogs trying to solve a problem as a tourist that someone locally would have been able to solve easily and quickly. I found that experience disappointing. 3. They also charge you a visitor tax, that surprisingly has a tax on top of it (the tax is taxed) and you are expected to leave the exact amount in cash in the rental. Seems like an odd process and probably not 100% legitimate. It was approximately 35 Euros, so not a huge % of the overall price.

It wasn't that bad but not the best. It wasn't that clean and there wasn't any cleaner or toilet paper (just one). The locality was perfect but the villa not very good.

The absolute WORST stay that I have ever been in. Wish I could give it zero stars. Wouldn't even stay here again for free. False advertising on the listing - it said it was equipped with air conditioning and a lockbox, and it is - but they refuse to allow you to use it. They wouldn't give us the remote for the AC or the key for the safe so we were not able to use either, even after we offered to pay extra because we were so desperate for AC with how miserably hot it was. The listing also said "city views" - there's 2 small windows that both face the street and aren't able to open more than an inch so you literally can't even see outside anyway. The location was also inaccurate, the host had 2 properties and we chose the more expensive one because the map showed that it was right on the beach, but when we arrived, it was in the same location as the cheaper one, a few blocks away from where it was supposed to be. Listing said it came with kitchen utensils - cups/bowls/silverware/etc, none was provided. Finally, the place was full of bugs. Multiple giant cockroaches in the bathroom and possible bed bugs, we found 3 little bugs in one of the beds the last night and my friend had bites.

The villa itself was good. The pool needs constant cleaning. The decking around it was dicey to say the least especially when trying to clean the pool. The steps up to the pool are very steep and getting down especially after being in the pool with wet feet or sliders was hard as hand rail feels loose, felt un sturdy on the way down.

We thought the villa decor was gorgeous and so thrilled to have good aircon in the main bedroom and a comfy bed. Things that let our experience down slightly was no parasol on roof terrace which meant we had nowhere to enjoy breakfast other than in the dark room next to the kitchen. The temperature was too uncomfortable to sit and eat out by 11am (and we don't have kids so didn't wake until then!). We would also advise having another parasol on the upper level of the sun chairs as if we had family with us that would definitely have been required for all to stay outside. The instructions on what to do with the bins wasn't clear at all - so we ended up driving around looking for bins and eventually found some in Inca. And finally the layout of the villa wasn't clear in the description and we did find it a little tiresome by the end of the week having to keep going downstairs to the kitchen (and those steps are not very safe for older people or children). I hope that feedback helps and I really think you would do well to invest in more parasols for future guests. BUT we did love the village and the decor of the villa. Jo

Extremely poor experience at villa in Algaida. We were not informed that a leak in our villa meant check in would be delayed. Once at the villa, the hallway/stairway where the leak occured was still wet. As it was dark we couldn't see the water on the floor and my 2 year old son and partner slipped and hurt themselves. Homerti did not warn us that the ceiling would continue to leak overnight. When we tried to contact the company for compensation they are now ghosting us. Do not book with these people.

Excellent house with swimming pool. What especially made it very good were the food including fruits that the owner placed in the house. Really appreciated.
