Good communication prior to booking . Check in and Check out instructions were sent on time and communicated well on the day of arrival as well.

Description of the property was accurate and the stay was lovely. It made for a great booking experience.

Beautiful stunning villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay , great pool lots of loungers fantastic mechanical bbq even an outside loo with shower, the stairway with the walls and flooring are a sight to be seen . It’s essential that you have a car as it will be to far to walk with shopping, visit puerto pollensa, great restaurants there and there’s a fantastic golf club just 40 minutes away , could not recommend highly enough

The villa was gorgeous in a perfect location and the host was so friendly and helpful

Self check in is great!
Appartement location is great within 200 meters from the harbour and boulevard, parking was no problem nearby small public parking lot, liked to know that in advanced.
Not every bedroom has airconditioning. Just one, the other one had a ventilator.
2 bathrooms is great!
Kitchen is well equiped but I missed some basics like a kitchen towel, pepper, salt, oil. We bought it and left it for the next guests.
The ammount of deposit 300€ is a lot, for me that is a downside.
You need definetly a car to reach the bigger supermarkets like Lidl of Mercadona or to see the beautiful coast line and beaches of Mallorca.

Our week in Casa Piedra was absolutely stunning. The house is perfect, location is perfect, garden and pool as well. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equiped and cats are lovely and friendly. I really wish to come back one day!

In general the house is great for a family with children. There is an enclosed garden - the house is close to shopping (100)
close to the harbour beach and local restaurants.
Unfortunately we experienced cockroaches visiting the terrace which meant we had to be careful to keep the garden door closed.

The Villa was perfect and the location was good

The house was amazing, beautiful, comfortable and really big. The nature around was breathtaking. The host was very kind. This is the perfect place for family vacation.

Once they replied by email, to chase my check in information, but once I was in the property they didn't reply to any of my text questions to the number they had specifically given me for "any questions /problems with the villa". Not sure what we would have done if the queries had been about lost keys or broken air con or something; fortunately it was about WiFi and where to put the rubbish so we got by on our own. The actual booking and payment worked and villa was clean. Found it through VRBO tho so not sure what Homerti added really.

The host was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was suitable for our needs but I would say that the bathroom needs updating. Also new towels. The kitchen was well stocked but the sink was cracked!! A good location for a visit to Orba…

Lovely house, it was perfect for us as a family. Everything is clean and neat. There is a bit of a bad smell at the drain in the toilets.
Lovely town there is also everything you need. We would love to come again.

The online check in formular was troublesome. The guide about the house was not sufficient. It was not the right wifi code. And when we try to reach you on the telephone about a problem with small ants in the bathroom. I left a message but you did not call back

The house is perfectly.

We passed a week in that fantastic home. Everything was perfect. We had all the necessary to pass a beautiful week.

I do not recommend.
At the beginning, an unnecessary discussion about the number of people in the accommodation. Firstly not agreed, then approved, however, after a long discussion.
Homerti requires an extreme amount of personal information for all the visitors before arrival. Not only from the client, but from everyone. Including fingerprints or electronic signature. I have not encountered this anywhere in the world. Entering the USA is much easier, as an example.
Even if you pay a deposit and complete the reservation, 2 days before departure you still have no information about where exactly you are staying and how to get inside. It is very unnerving.
Instructions about removing waste from the house do not correspond to reality and are misleading.
Before arrival, you have to constantly correspond with the agency about something and provide documentation. The system of releasing information based on your info is like a game, where after completing the task you advance to the next level.

I really liked the space, it was inviting and centered in a good location. The only thing I would add that could use improvement is to provide more than 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper for guests who spend more than a couple of days at the location. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

The apartment was amazing! Had all the amenities, was super close to the beach! We had a great stay. Just the issue was that we had to drop garbage 5kms away, which was not expected.

No problem what so ever. Everything was tiptop and it was easy to check in and out.

The host was really good and fast in the communucation, we had a great week in the big villa. Everything was clean. Overall great experience!
