A pleasant holiday home in El Hierro, Canary Islands
In mid-Feb 2025 we rented a small house in a rural part of El Hierro, Canary Islands. The house had a nice outside area and parking for our rental car. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a very convenient washing machine, with ample room to hang clothes to dry. We enjoyed a lot our stay and would recommend using casas rurales in similar locations.

I booked a vacation and requested a cancellation due to personal reasons. I contacted customer service to process the cancellation, but the young lady who responded was unable to provide a solution. I wrote to her in English, and she replied in Spanish while addressing me informally, which I found unprofessional. I requested a phone call, but I never received one. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. If you're in the tourism industry, at the very least, knowing multiple languages is essential to provide good customer service.
