The shoes my partner bought for my money (T_T) and after some months start to dissipate at her ball, this is the exact pattern for all the cheap chineese shoes we bought over the years, which is why Hoka is f u _ k _ n g overpriced. Avoid.
btw, this page is overflown by automatically generated reviews. You know what I mean.

First time customer.
The shoes seem good and comfortable but I’m disappointed by the service so far.
I contacted chat to ask for an expedited exchange and explained why it was important. I was assured that contact would be made with escalated support to address the request.
This did not happen however and an email was sent stating that Hoka understood the request and why it had been made and why it was important, but, a generic para then followed stating that the usual exchange takes up to 10 working days to be processed.
The order I made was large, my request justifies and reasonable, proof of postage of the return was given and a card is on file with them but they would not work to accommodate a very polite and reasonable request.
Very disappointed.
So far I can recommend the shoes but not the CS.

Love the Gaviota 6 range. My very acute plantar fasciitis is cured since wearing these. I see a new colour has arrived, it’s in my wish list for the next pay day 🥳 much to my husband’s annoyance 😂😂
I had a query which was resolved in minutes. Ordered my latest pair Thursday morning, they were on my feet by lunchtime Friday. Certainly can’t fault the service. Found my new go to trainer. One very happy customer 😎🥳💖

There was quite a bit of confusion with the delivery because of DPD. I think they really messed things up, and what was supposed to be next-day delivery ended up being delayed by three days. Fortunately, Hoka refunded the delivery fee I had paid, so everything is fine on that front.
The only thing I may have lost is the 10% subscription discount, but that's still being sorted out. Hopefully, it will all work out in the end.

I'm documenting my experience so other consumers are aware of how this company responded to a serious injury.
My Ora Recovery Slide 3 arrived and I put them on the same day. On a flat surface, taking a normal step, the slide collapsed under my foot. My foot rolled outward, I heard a snap, and I ended up in the ER with a fractured fifth metatarsal.
When I notified Hoka, I wasn't routed to normal customer support. I was routed to a lawyer. She offered me $500 in store credit, but only if I signed a release stating there was nothing wrong with the shoe. When I said I wanted Hoka to cover my medical expenses, I was told, "I can't just go down the hall and cut you a check."
I was then handed to what Hoka called a "neutral third party," the insurer Zurich. That "neutral" process was to mail my shoes to Hoka so Hoka could inspect them for defects. I don't understand how the company that made the product deciding whether the product is defective can be called neutral. Unsurprisingly, the finding was "no defect," and the only offer was to mail the shoes back.
I was only ever trying to recover my medical expenses, and by pursuing that, the $500 offer quietly disappeared. Not that I would have taken it. I never really expected to get anything out of this, but I needed to try, since it was a very expensive ordeal. By the end I was happy to be proven right. Now I know I can't even expect a safe shoe that the company will stand behind.
I then simply asked support for a refund and was told I was past the refund window. When I pushed back, they suddenly found the ability to issue one, with no meaningful apology, only after a fight to get the bare minimum.
I've been a Hoka customer since 2012, both the product quality and the treatment of customers have declined sharply since their acquisition. I'm now out roughly $3,000 because of a poorly designed pair of $60 "recovery sandals." I would never sign away my rights. Buyers deserve to know how this was handled.

Love love love
My 5 th pair of Bondi 9 -they are the most beautiful looking shoes ( love all the rainbow colours the best ) as well as being incredibly comfortable and bouncy , like walking on a trampoline. People say one must size up but for me I’m a size 6 and the 6 in Hoka fit perfectly.so no need to go up in size at all .
The Delivery Service was incredible too , next day delivery
Fabulous in every way - As usual x
I’m a HOKA fan for life and would highly recommend HOKA to anyone but sssh don’t want the secret to get out 🤣

The online experience with chatbot maria was woeful. There was no way to contact By telephone. All i wanted to do was correct a size. I eventually bought a pair of brooks instead which are great. Strongly recommend that if you wish to buy Hoka , you do so from a retailer rather than their direct online service.

I bought my first pair of Hoka after years of Brooks. I got the Clifton 10 Women’s and after just 11 days of wear (about 4 miles of walking my dog a day), the tread is significantly worn and I have terrible blisters on both big toes and my pinky toe. I tried to do a warranty claim since they were less than two weeks old and was denied. They said they were too worn…after 11 days. No shoe that costs this much should be wearing down so quickly and cause so much pain. I now have a $150 pair of book ends because I cannot imagine wearing them again.

I was recommended to buy Hoka trainers for all the walking I am going to do in August this year. I bought a pair and they are too small (I've never had this issue with trainers, ever). There was no returns label in the package and I'm going round in circles on their website trying to start a return. There is no phone number or customer service email on their website, and considering how much they are charging for trainers, I'm disgusted that I'm stuck in this position. I do not need the stress.
I do not recommend this company and I shall be telling everyone I know just how crap their service is and not to bother.
Edited: Look at their response when I've said that their website has sent me round in circles. I've already tried that link. This is the low level intelligence that I'm dealing with.

Good comms ref delivery, was able, very easily, to redirect it as I was out. Picked up with no problem and again great tracking information at all stages

I bought these beautiful trail running shoes and wore them only a few times. The sole has peeled on the one shoe, not the other. The tongue is frizzeled. I paid over S$300! They last for only 200km max. They are awesome looking but total sh*t in Quality. I will never buy Hoka again.
I tried to leave feedback and photos on hoka.com but the "live" chat is closed and the MMS is a number not possible to contact. Horrible.

Very poor customer service. There is no way to contact them as there is only a chat bot available and no reply on emails. I would avoid ordering online.
