Customer service was disappointing at first. After discovering that my delivery address had been populated incorrectly during checkout, I contacted HOKA immediately to amend or cancel the order.
I was told this wasn’t possible due to the “safety and security of customers” and was advised to refuse delivery, despite explaining that I had already sold the property and no longer lived there.
After several emails, I was then told the parcel could be returned and reshipped. I instead requested a cancellation and refund, which HOKA agreed to.
I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, but it took several emails to reach a solution that could have been offered from the outset. The repeated reference to the ‘safety and security of customers’ seemed difficult to reconcile with the eventual ability to return, reship or cancel the order. A more consistent and practical approach would have made for a much better customer experience

I had to return trainers because the sole came apart after only 10 weeks. However, they are refusing to refund it replace because the returned trainers have gone missing - they took 6 weeks to confirm that the trainers had not arrived. Their return label is not traceable. I think Hoka have a problem with the quality of their trainers and with their customer service. These are expensive shoes. I won’t be buying it recommending to anyone again.

I have previously worn and enjoyed Hoka shoes but recently ordered a new pair that has not arrived since I ordered it nearly a month ago (12th of June this year). The worthless AI chatbot just tells me it shipped on the 16th of June, but according to FedEX they have not received the parcel yet. It's been 22 days since it was "shipped" and it is impossible to receive and further info on what has happened with my order.
Useless customer service and abysmal shipping.

Giving 3 stars, not because of the product, which i love. But because the driver could have been a tiny bit friendly. Didn't get so much as a smile or anything when I said thankyou. Didn't even look at me. Poor service by the driver

I received my requested parcel this morning.
Everything was quite smooth including the delivery by DPD .
And the item i ordered was exactly the premium quality i expected.

The customer service is awful. I have spent £340, my order was supposed to go to a pick up point (The co-op), they confirmed they never received it. DPD photos clearly show it’s not the co op. My account doesn’t even say delivered and after 4 weeks of nothing from Hoka and the worst customer service I’ve been told nothing they can do as DPD have got pictures. Even though the pictures are clearly not my pick up point. So I’ve lost £340 and received nothing and waited 4 weeks to be told that. Absolutely disgusting, I’m so upset.

Send the wrong colour and wrong size. Unbelievable. It was supposed to be a gift. I didn’t realise it was going to be a surprise item, I thought I would get what I actually paid for!!

I love the Hoka brand and have several pairs bought in the shop in Covent Garden. However, I find the service in the shop very poor indeed. On many occasions I have been ignored, even when wearing Hokas. There was no greeting on entry, limited interest when shoes were being looked at, my husband even tried a pair on from the shelf and noone approached us. Not an isolated incident either the staff do not receive enough customer service training or they don’t implement it.

Third party they use for delivery is inadequate.
They absolutely need an entry code (numeric) and can't dial by last name...
Ridiculous.
It is really too bad that I can't use screenshots herein, because Hoka would be ashamed...

Complete waste of money! I purchased Hoka Clifton10 and in less than a year, there’s a tear on one of the soles. I wear them twice a week the most! Customer service said there was nothing they could do.

I wish there is an option not to even select a single star as the customer support is outsourced to Dexter brand. one of the worst customer experience. these shoes are not worth more than $50. I will conitnue to write these negative feedbacks as I dont want customer to be fooled by all the show off this brand does. They cant even stand by their product . Having been a Brooks customer I regret to have dropped them to try these. Infact i gifted my wife with a Bondi which I regret big time. No one should waste their money on this crap brand. I am sure the response will be to contact customer service. waste of time. see how many emails i had sent.

Very comfortable and grate grip, but the upper breaks in less than 100km. Very weak material, I saw this problem in other runners so I guess it is a manufacturing problem that affects all pairs. Really a pity because the shoes are great

I paid for two pairs of shoes three weeks ago . It’s been 15 working days and I haven’t received my shoes. I asked for a refund and I’ve been ignored. I’ve repeatedly asked for my shoes to be delivered and it hasn’t happened. I’ve asked customer service to contact me twice now and I’ve been ignored. Unreliable online seller.

Promised the right size. I had foot surgery and needed these for my holiday.. after repeat emails was told they had sent the right size.. just been delivered and still the wrong size.!!! How difficult can it be to send a ladies uk 4.5. Company is a joke
