I have owned many pairs of Hoka shoes, and the Gaviota 5 shoes in widest size (don't like the Gaviota 6 as much) are my favorite so far. I have very wide feet with lots of foot splay, so I need sh... See more

They were a nice shoe, but not wind enough. I have a bunions. I need them to be wider for my feet.

I placed an order on their website and when they confirmed my order it was a totally different shoe. I tried to cancel within their 30 minute cancel policy but what a surprise no cancel order link. So I tried emailing, chatting and calling to cancel and everything closes down at 7pm. So I called at 10 this morning right when they open and they can't cancel because they order is processed. 11BULL! So not only do they change my order to something I don't want and didn’t order now I am expected to go through all kinds of bullshit so I get to handle the problem. I AM DONE WITH HOKA!!!1

These latest from the Hoka Gaviota range are perfect. I have hallux rigidus on my right foot resulting in a large bone spur on top of the joint and the beginnings of similar on the left. The extra wide fit and the new 'inner' lacing and the other modifications from it's predecessor Gaviota 5 mean that for the first time for many years, I can wear the shoes straight from the box. No orthotic insoles. You've nailed it Hoka. worth every penny

Bondi SR, recieved this morning, and back in return shop within 30 minutes, for the second exchange. Don’t know how Hoka works out its sizing. I am 70yrs old, and been a UK size 10 my whole adult life. But ordered these in a 10.5 as my Bondi 9 needed a half size up. Wrong, too small so exchanged for a UK 11, just arrived this morning and still too small, so on way back to Hoka within 30 minutes for an exchange to UK 11.5.
I have several pair of different Hoka’s and the sizing is totally unreal, everyone different.
So hopefully 3rd time lucky for these Bondi SR’s.
It’s not just the sizing, it’s the time it’s taking to obtain right size while all the time Hoka have my monies.
Get your sizing right Hoka.

I purchased the Clifton 9 gtx and thought they were great, after less than 20 miles the sole started falling apart. I began the return process and it is incredibly slow and inefficient. Each step of the process it says will take at least 15 business days to process. It has been over 2 months now and still no shoes or compensation. The most recent representative didn’t even read my email and told me I needed to contact ups, despite sending proof they were delivered to their return center. Hoka, never again

The driver was very diligent and parcel was delivered on the time specified

Be not trust the 30 day guarantee. I returned my shoes the following day. Received a DPD notification that they had been delivered which Hoka have acknowledged however today I received this.
Unfortunately, the refund has not been processed as the audit team have spoken to the Post Office who have identified discrepancies with the return. Alongside this, the items have not returned to our warehouse despite what tracking appears to show.
For these reasons, we will be unable to process a refund for you and are unable to assist without the items returning.
I appreciate this is not the news you were hoping for, but at this stage we are unable to assist any further.
I have since bought another pair of Hokas anticipating a £160 refund. I have done everything I should but now lose £160 because of failings further down the returns process. Furious!!!! 😡

The sizing came up very small for me and the shoes themselves did not feel like a £150 trainer. Maybe I was the unlucky one, but I would say buy at least a size bigger and unless you have a narrow foot go for wider fitting. Sketchers for me every time.

I love the shoes but their customer service is so frustrating. I ordered pairs of shoes. I was supposed to get free shipping. It showed free when I pressed payment but then the shipping showed up for $20, expedited shipping. Within seconds, I tried to modify for regular shipping or cancel the order. It did not allow me even though the website said within 30 minutes. I was within 30 seconds. I texted and called the next morning to the customer support when they were open. I was told that there was nothing they can do once an order is placed even though it had not shipped. I could return the shoes as they suggested but would still lose my $20. They offered another free expedited shipping coupon for my next order 🤣🤭

I love Hoka shoes. The pair I bought fit right but the colour was not quite what I thought they would be. I have returned and requested an exchange for a different colour. Returning was an easy process and now I am waiting to hear when the other pair will be sent to me…

extremely disappointed with my experience with Hoka. I owned my pair for less than a year and only wore them 1–2 times per week, yet the heel lining completely wore out far faster than any athletic shoe should. For a brand marketed as premium and performance-focused, I expected much better durability and quality.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. I had to follow up multiple times over the course of TWO MONTHS just to get a response from their warranty team. Their final response blamed the issue on “excessive friction,” “poor fit,” “heel striking gait,” or “normal wear and tear,” despite the shoes being lightly used and properly cared for.
Instead of standing behind the quality of their product, they dismissed the issue entirely. I understand normal wear happens over time, but significant heel deterioration in under a year with minimal use is unacceptable for shoes at this price point.
Unfortunately, based on both the product quality and the poor warranty experience, I would not purchase Hoka again.
