Came quickly
Came quickly, undamaged due to be packaged securely, everything i ordered came at the same time so didn’t have to wait longer for other parts of my order even when i ordered everything at the same time. Good, quick delivery.

No tracking for guest check out
For guest check out . You just get an email saying it dispatched and that's it .. no tracking available through royal mail . So your just left waiting . I don't want to sign up just to track my package so it would be so helpful if tracking was available to those who pick guest check out . Thank you

I ordered 3 CDs arrived very quickly…
I ordered 3 CDs arrived very quickly when I opened them 1 of the cases where broken but they where very nice about it amd have sent over a new case.

Legend delivers legends
Another limited edition item successfully received. Not only do HMV continue to cater to serious music and film lovers as well, this time they also kept me abreast of delays beyond their control. As much as I like my indie stores, it's clear that without this legend there'd be much less of a market for physical media.

Vinyl Record Packaging
I placed an order for the latest Olivia Rodrigo vinyl and it arrived on time during the morning of Friday 12 June 2026. When I opened up the cardboard mailer, I realised that the record hadn't been securely packaged in the mailer properly. When I cut the tape at each side of the mailer it just opened up, usually you have to pull the cardboard tab at the side, but it was fully intact.
I have ordered lots of vinyl records from HMV before, and they are always securely packaged so I was really disappointed. It's a miracle that the vinyl wasn't stolen or slipped out during transit!
I hate complaining, but customers are already paying for vinyl records which are expensive and trust that the warehouse staff are sending them out properly!
