Lost two stars
Lost two stars, simple, pre-ordered a month before release date and didn’t get them on release day.
I did happen to pop in HMV in Wolverhampton and they had what I pre-ordered in store on the day of release but I didn’t get my copy until 4 days later.
Very Disappointing.

Buying a LP.
I called in the HMV shop in Wolverhampton to buy the latest Beatles tripple album Anthology 4. There was three shop assistants at the counter, two serving and one on the computer dealing with enquiries. I had an enquiry so did a number of customers behind me. I had to supply my email address, the assistant unfortunately spelt it wrong three times, embarrassing her and me. She told me she was dyslexic, I of course have no problem with that but wondered why she was on the computer not one of the other assistants, just a strange and frustrating decision.

Excellent product (The Beatles of course)-carefully presented by friendly and courteous staff. I have been buying Beatles Albums (& singles,EPs etc) from HMV Wolverhampton for 54 years, since 1971 in fact--a life's experience indeed.
