The Successful Hunt for Babylon Berlin
I was looking for a German film Babylon Berlin (a set of dvds) and Andrew, the member of staff who dealt with my enquiry, was so helpful and pleasant whilst taking my order. It was there in 3!

Regarding a purchase I made over a month ago.
I would give less than a one star if possible.
Purchased an item over a month ago, to just be met with a refund this morning due to the item no longer being unavailable and absolutely no other communication was sent throughout this month long wait for the item.
Very unhelpful customer service team.
If the item was unavailable for purchase and there was none left it should not of been available to purchase nor should it have taken them over a month to just process a refund and give me no other communication otherwise.
