I ordered a record player on a Saturday and it was handed over to the Royal Mail on the Monday, which later arrived on the Thursday. Product works great and it is of high quality.

Friendly staff
There is very friendly man who helped me to order a DVD before we left Edinburgh. He managed to make this happen for me. And I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness.

The DVDs I asked for were not in stock in store. They were quickly ordered and brought in in three days. Everyone knew what they were doing and were very helpful.
