Heritage Classic Car Insurance Reviews 

I found it hard to get insurance on my vintage vehicle, until I found Heritage. Now starting my second year, they have been efficient and helpful. How it should be!

Great company sent me a number of reminders and chased me on the day to renew. Very reasonable cost and nice people to deal with.

Another year another renewal! My renewal came through as exactly the same price as last year which was a bit higher than I expected so I called up and spoke to Harry Billington who said “not a problem let me ring the underwriter and double check everything is in order as you’ve got another years no claims so surely it should be cheaper” fast forward an hour or so and he calls me back with good news! Over £350 less on a two car policy! As always the service is top notch and the price is more than reasonable. Big thanks to Harry!

Back to buying another classic car I called Heritage, slightly bemused with my conversation with AI, but a real person called me back, and the quote was very competitive. Actuating the insurance was quick and easy and documents all came by email same day.

I've insured my old Land Rover with Heritage for some years now. They are easy to deal with and understand Classic vehicles insurance.

After initial enquiries on the Internet I had a call from Tamba, who explained the policy i was interested in clearly.

I have been with Heritage insurance for a number of years insuring a couple of classic cars. The renewals are always efficiently handled and I receive a polite and helpful service. The premiums I have found to be competative.

I've been using Heritage for a few years now for multiple classic cars. They are always great to deal with and very helpful. In particular I'd like to mention Seema Lal and Parminder Jakhu who I've dealt with and they have been excellent.

Insurance renewed, but it should not have taken 35 minutes; waiting to speak to the Heritage team, attempts to sell numerous other products, did I want a personal appointee?.....etc.
The associate was only doing her job as pleasantly as she could and I renewed my insurance at a reasonable price, but I would have perferred to bypass the company's money-grabbing policies and speak to an agent more quickly. Norton needs to spend more on staff and less on computer/telephone systems

This is another year and another renewal with these guys. They have always been competitive, hence I have been with them for last 4 or 5 years. This year, I would like to praise Harry B. for his determination to reduce my renewal quote. We managed to save about £800 for multi-car insurance.
