I wish I had completed the course in person. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and the reviews are very good. But I can't recommend the online course. I'm giving it 2 stars because the reviews indicate they are great in-person trainers. The Learning Management System is awful to use and not designed from a learner's perspective. From a person who has designed online training systems.

I purchased a DJI Neo fly more kit off Heliguy on the 6th September, I paid extra for next day before 12.00 delivery.
As I did not receive the package I contacted them via email with no response, the next day my parcel still did not arrive so I emailed them again still with no response ?
I am now on the 8th with no parcel no information from DPD and no correspondence from Heliguy, I will not be buying from them again, terrible service.
Update 9th: just had a message from DPD stating that my delivery will be made today ? Three days later.
UPDATE: 9th September, Today a gentleman called Mike contacted me from Heliguy and discussed my issue, the communication issue was because my emails was going to DPD not Heliguy which resolved that issue, the delivery problem was not really resolved as there was no reason by Heliguy or DPD for a four day delivery instead of next day before 12.00, Heliguy refunded my postage and apologized.

Training is made flexible and learning is structured to be active. Learning aids are professionally organised and delivered succintly.

If you need a UAV/Drone licence then Heliguy are certainly the company that can get that done for you. The Learning Management System which hosts the online training courses is well set up and the training videos are clear and easy to follow with 'tests' at the end of modules to solidify your learning. The Heliguy staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them again. The onsite practical training was also very good but slightly less well organised.

Completed my A2 CoC and GVC with Heliguy last week. Having only flown a drone once in my life and having very little experience, this was a really positive experience. I can't recommend Heliguy and the specific instructors (Brandon, Ody and Lois) more. The course is very detailed and there is a lot of information to get through but the instructors helped break this down and make it manageable. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently completed my A2CofC/ GVC qualifications with Heliguy and it was a great experience. I had O.D, Brandon and Lois as my instructors (I was part of a group of 8 from my company) and I was coming from a background of having no experience at all with Drones whatsoever. The course was very detailed and professional and i couldn't fault the instructors at all. I would certainly recommend these guys going forward.

The whole process was simple to follow with their online training tools. The lessons are very detailed and provide everything you can need to become a qualified drone pilot. The exams were run very professionally.

Big shoutout to Mark at Heliguy! Super helpful on the phone this afternoon, super knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend!

Completing my A2CofC/ GVC qualifications with Heliguy has been a great experience.

With email/ phone support with thorough and friendly staff throughout the whole process, to extensive course and training material walking you through each stage. I have gone from being an amateur pilot with little experience to a competent pilot with all the knowledge needed to move forward.

Would definitely recommend using Heliguy for all your UAV training.

The Staff have been helpful and friendly all the way through, The online training setup is fantastic and easy to work your way through.
When it came to the practical I had Chris and he was friendly and great at explaining what was required. Nothing was too much to ask and was more than happy to go over things again till I was confident.

Great course, instructors were very knowledgable and delivered the course at a great pace.
They gave time to candidates who needed a bit more practice and we all came out with a pass.

Repaired my Mini 3 Pro on behalf of Coverdrone. I can honestly say rarely do I deal with a company personally or at work who are as efficient and friendly and just do what they say they are going to do. I'll make sure I buy my next Drone from them. Excellent work Heliguy

The instructors and staff were excellent and assisted at every level. The training was excellent and easy to follow. The training staff were always available if required and the flight training given was second to none.

I would recommend them to anyone seeking to gain any drone qualification.

Fantastic A2 CofC / GVC Training Course, provided by the team at Heliguy. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with all parts of my theory, practical and operations manual.

Great team of instructors extremely helpful and well trained, course content was perfect highly recommend them.

Our company trained six new drone pilots in April (GVC), the whole experience was very well structured from start to finish.
The theory part was online and provided all the needed pre-practical knowledge, easy exam.
During the practical training we were shown everything required to operate safely and use the drone's functionality. As well, the practical exam was easygoing and the instructors were helpful throughout.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable team of people, never more than a phone call away and always happy to help. I received all the support I needed to pass through my training and examinations with ease. We also use HG as the supplier for out drones and parts. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to Rauiri, Faye, Tom and all that helped me along the way.

I was 1 person in a cohort off 6 undertaking training to pass the GVC Drone test. Days 1 and 2 spent getting used to operating a drone, undertaking risk assessment's, checking the drones over, understanding flight crew briefings etc. Day 3 was assessment day, that put all what we learnt into practice - fortunately I passed!!!!
Brandon and Chris were extremely competent in imparting the knowledge, brilliant trainers (even for me being an older dude!!) however Chris did have some dodgy jokes.
2 days practical training does focus your mind but maybe for myself another day might have allowed me to be less nervous on the final day and relaxed me but in the end a pass is a pass. Great training , great company and even the weather held for us. Thanks guys.
