A huge thank you to Lois and Chris, who were both brilliant throughout the GVC drone course. They were friendly, approachable and clearly passionate about what they do, making the training enjoyable as well as informative. No question was too much trouble, and they helped build my confidence every step of the way.

The course was well organised, practical and delivered in a way that made the regulations and procedures easy to understand.

I’d highly recommend Heliguy to anyone considering drone training.

I did my first course with Heliguy in 2021, and did my renewal this week with them, great content from the videos and the chance to ask the instructors when online. the course videos are very informative and gives you all the things you need to pass the course.
the Heliguy staff are on hand to ask questions if you don't understand something,
if your doing the renewal you will have to prove your flying hours and a few bits of other information. but big thanks to them for getting me through the course.
so see you in another 5 years at my next refresher.

A very good training, intense, but very good. My trainer was Lois, she adapted her teaching schedule to comfort my level of understanding and my lack of flights before the actual flight assessment.

Really good support from Heliguy's teams, always available. The theory part is very clear, and mockup tests are a big plus. The creation of the operations/planning documents is easy to follow.

Fantastic training with Heliguy from start to finish.
The online training platform was incredibly easy to use, and exceptionally well put together. As opposed to most online training, I felt like I was actually learning. In person training was conducted in a safe and controlled fashion which inspired confidence in newly acquired skills.
The staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced.
The equipment used was of a very high standard and very well maintained.

Fantastic experience with Heliguy. My colleague and I completed our GVC today, and the whole process has been excellent from start to finish. We had a full day of training yesterday with Chris, who was a brilliant trainer and instructor. He’s a really nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and his approach to teaching made everything easy to understand and enjoyable.

Chris prepared us really well, and the rest of the team were also helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth throughout. Highly recommend Heliguy to anyone looking for professional drone training with a great team behind them.

Really, really good experience from start to finish. The team organising the bookings were efficient, helpful, and made everything straightforward from the beginning. The online test was delivered brilliantly and was easy to follow, which helped build confidence early on.

I was then matched with a practical instructor Lois who was excellent at her job, professional, patient, and great at creating a positive and supportive learning environment. They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable.

We rented a Mavic 4 Pro and the end to end service was brilliant. Helpful staff, prompt communication and delivery. The whole experience was easy to use and I would 100% recommend.

I had the pleasure of being trained and assessed by Bradley, he was professional and friendly and made the experience alot easier to manage.
He clearly explained what was needed, offered great words of encouragement, and had a laugh along the way. Ode and Lois were also great.
I would definitely recommend the team and the course.

Great GVC course excellent instructor made it a calm chilled experience which made the whole experience great

Training provided is to a very high standard, with online support via chat available if needed or via phone call.

Training videos are very good and you get the benefit of watching them again, should you need to.

The team are very polite and more than happy to assist with any queries.

The online course can be done at your own pace, once practical works have been completed you get 12months to sit the exam. The exams are free of charged should you need to resit any, which is good to know for peace of mind.

I will definitely be using Heliguy in the future, to gain further experience and more qualifications.

Attended the Heliguy UAS maintenance course at their headquaters in Newcastle. Training venue was ideal and the course content was clear with both theory and practical inputs. Delivered by Ody clearly and concisely, the input generated student participation with appropriate topic discussion in a friendly atmosphere. The takeaway is the importance of regular UAS maintenance within the scope of the course and accurate record keeping Lunch was good too.
