Lewis was extremely helpful and we did not feel rushed at all. He gave us all of his attention and took his time finding us the right holiday and securing us the best possible deal. Our experience with Hayes Travel and Lewis was excellent and we would definitely visit each time that we are intending to book any future holidays.

A very pleasant change to be able to book a holiday at a travel agents sat across the desk from somebody who could offer advice and answer our questions. A very smooth and stressfree experience. Price matched the online sites but it was so much better to book it face to face with somebody and knowing that we have a contact should we need any further assistance about our holiday.

Start to finish we felt informed.
Had a fabulous holiday and then came straight back into Hayes to book our next holiday.

I dealt with Paige in the Taunton branch and she could not have been more helpful. I have always booked direct with P and O Cruises but wanted to pre-register and have some form of control over cabin choice. only 800 days to go!

Got a holiday booked within 48 hours of popping into the Taunton store. Matched our needs on the hotel perfectly, the price was decent, very easy process. Good to have an experienced staff member who knew the island and the hotel rather than leaving it to chance. Definitely recommend.

Her approachable and supportive manner made the whole experience enjoyable, and we left feeling confident that we would definitely book with Hays again.

We were served by Paige. She was fantastic. She made our experience very easy. We booked our next cruise with another couple. We appreciated the attention to detail by all the staff & we had a bit of fun along the way. We only book with Hays. We love the journey through booking to taking the holiday
