Victoria Harkins always deals with my requests in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner which gives me confidence that my holiday will be as I require. I always book with Hays Travel Falkirk because all staff there deal with my calls quickly and friendly.

Really positive booking experience. Dealt with Ava who spent a couple of days obtaining hotel information and quotes for various dates and flight options. Talked through all payment and insurance options given that we required to do a medical screening. Holiday booked and would definitely recommend Hays Falkirk.

Staff member who dealt with us was able to sort all our neads and put us at ease regarding mobility questions as my wife requires a wheel chair most of the time as she can only walk very short distances. All details were covered, cabin with a balcony was a priority for us, no dramas, good understanding of our needs

I always book with your Falkirk shop, the staff are amazing, they are so helpful and listen to my needs. We do cruises and they always advise us and never get it wrong, we've never had a bad holiday. They do all the paperwork and check us into the ship. I'm a technophobe and couldn't do it without them. The manager Victoria is brilliant and couldn't do a better job, with her smile and patience with me at 75 can't be matched, she deserves a medal.Would never use any other travel agent as Hays are the best.
