Well what can I say?
The girls in the Cleveleys store always go above and beyond to find us the holiday/trip we want.
In particular I would like to thank Louise who spent a lot of time making sure our trip ticked all the boxes. Her enthusiasm never faltered and helped us make the final decision, she is such a lovely person.
A kind mention for Tegan who helped with the booking and Sandra who shared her experience of a similar trip, that helped us make the decision.

Louise in the Cleveleys store was very helpful in helping us find our first family holiday. She was really knowledgeable and friendly and Jeanette was was quick to let us know of the vip holiday customer rates , rates on the money card and the hays travel app which we’ve downloaded! The Hays representative was very helpful in getting us the perfect holiday. We spent an hour and a half going through everything that we required from our holiday. And nothing was not too much trouble to sort out.

Went into enquire about flights . Lady seeing to us was very helpful and took the time to find the flights we wanted . She was very pleasant helpful and friendly.

I was happy with the travel agent tried her hardest to get the hotel I wanted in New York but unfortunately it was fully booked but got another one.The travel also got me the flight I wanted which I was most grateful. The travel agent worked so hard.

Katie was absolutely amazing during the process. She found exactly what we was looking for and made sure she did everything she could. She booked our family holiday last year and was outstanding then. Absolute credit to Hays Cleveleys.

The service was very good from Sandra , she helped sort out the best hotel and deals, she all so advised us on when to go and airport to go from .
She advised us to go back into the store and she would sort the boarding passes on our phones as Ryan Air now don’t do paperwork.

Customer service lady was excellent she listened carefully/patiently to our request/requirements. Her research was thorough and careful. All our questions were acknowledged and answered with confidence. Her knowledge was excellent.
