Sophia, your trainee was excellent, she helped me to choose my break, then once i'd selected she expertly handled everything for me making the experience enjoyable & stress free.
Her whole attitude was professional & friendly & was a credit to your company.
I have employed many people over my long years in business & Would employ her in an instant, as it is my belief a company is only as good as the staff who front it. In my humble opinion you should nurture this young lady as she is a diamond, my only puzzle being why is she still a trainee?? If she worked for me she'd be running the show, but it's only my opinion as an ex employer of 1000+ employees.
Whilst on my break i decided to extend it by 3 days & as it was Sophia's day off when my wife went into the Cleveleys shop Teagan stepped up & assisted us & i must say we were impressed with her Professionalism & Attitude also.
Overall it made booking my break easy & enjoyable, so much so my wife & i booked a trip through Sophia & we leave for the Canaries this Saturday lol. Sophia is now looking into a xmas break for 5 & also a cruise for us, i'm pleased to say.
I rarely send feedback these days, now i'm retired but the whole great experience with Sophia with back up from Teagan so impressed me, i felt compelled to let you know. Regards Rae Williams ( ex co-director of 7 ltd companies.

She goes the final mile to ensure you get the holiday and accommodation you are wishing for. She’s very knowledgeable, professional & friendly, giving advice & excellent customer service every time.
It’s a good team, with Paul in the exchange bureau who is always helpful with advice on the travel currency & you get a higher rate if you’ve booked through Hays.

we gave the team at Hayes Cleveleys a brief and Louise came back to us with several suggestions that matched the brief taking away a lot of confusion, Louise was on leave when we got back in touch but Tegan picked it up seamlessly and we got exactly what we wanted roll on June :)

The girls in the Cleveleys store always go above and beyond to find us the holiday/trip we want.
In particular I would like to thank Louise who spent a lot of time making sure our trip ticked all the boxes. Her enthusiasm never faltered and helped us make the final decision, she is such a lovely person.
A kind mention for Tegan who helped with the booking and Sandra who shared her experience of a similar trip, that helped us make the decision.
