We visited Hays to meet with Kim again who had booked us holidays in the past. Kim went above and beyond making sure she found us the holiday that would suit us. The advice she gave us was fantastic. Even though we tweaked our holiday a few times Kim didn’t mind she just wanted to make sure we got it right for us. We would no longer book online. Having someone face to face and their knowledge to help makes the trip into town all the more worth it. So much so we are going to book again with Hays travel and Kim again very soon. Outstanding service with a friendly face.

Claire is absolutely amazing at her job she takes time to explain everything and gives very good advice she offers to get our seats and boarding passes all ready for us which is a huge help for us as not very good with technology this is our 3rd holiday that we have gone to her to organise for us, nothing is too much of a problem for her and the last holiday we had booked with her we had to cancel due to my husbands health, she helped us with everything writing letters for us she really goes above and beyond and we are so grateful.
