They sent me the returns envelope really quickly and I duly sent in my pieces in the middle of last month after leaving a bad review Hatton Garden made contact with me to advise the email they’d been sending had gone to the wrong address, they apologised and confirmed how much they would be sending me which I was very pleased with and said a cheque would come out in the post to me today.

The personnel were friendly and efficient and the service was impressively fast. It was all made easy and I cannot recommend them enough.

The service was very efficient and the gentleman who served me explained it all. He was very courteous and polite and made the whole experience extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend this place for selling precious metals, coins etc. No appointment is required, depending on how busy they are there may be a short wait. Used Hatton Garden Metals when gold markets were particularly volatile. They kept their guarantee even when the 18ct gold scrap price fell almost 10% overnight. Make sure you set up an account and submit details to get your guaranteed price even if you intend to go in person. Received almost £800 more than offered by our jewellery for a 46g bracelet. Really happy

I have used Hatton Garden Metals twice now to sell gold, and both experiences have been excellent. They offer a fair and honest price with no surprises when you submit your items, unlike some less reputable dealers.

On both occasions, the £ per g rate had changed between receiving the quote and them getting the gold and they automatically paid the higher price without me having to ask.

We went to the shop in London and all i can say is we got a fair price and the process was so easy. We chose a Bank Transfer and it was in our account within 3 hours. I had some gold to sell. I googled gold buyers and it said Hatton Garden metals are pretty good.
What an understatement!
It was amazingly easy.
I put my gold and weights onto the form I was given a good quote and so I sent it off by special delivery.
The next day I received an email telling me that my amount has been put in my account. The best bit too was that they gave me more than the quote because I must have under weighed my gold. How honest is that!!

This is the first time I’ve used this service, after finding the details on Google. The whole experience was first rate and better than I expected. The website was comprehensive, yet simple to navigate and use (not the normal combination). I sent some silver items and received payment all within 24 hours, which takes some beating. Just remember that you pay the postage and insurance when sending. This is made clear in the website (as well as the prices paid) but does make a difference to the all in amount that you receive.
