I could save 1000 DKK just by buying a cheap and useful hammer drill from it. It also recommended things that I forgot to note down, so I was so happy. Delivery and everything was good.

There should be an option for delivery of large goods when bought in store. This would be helpful for people who don't have a car.

I was a recurring customer of this store, since you can get good items at a very good price. But on 7/11/23 I had a pretty horrible experience. My husband and I went to buy a refrigerator. The place where they deliver the merchandise is under construction and I do not deny it, it was my mistake to enter there, when a warehouse worker arrived and grabbed me by my jacket and shoved me out of there in a abrupt and grotesque way. It was a horrible experiences. Ok, I shouldn't have gone in there but the worker shouldn't have treated me like that either, I think he should have been kinder. My husband was the one who paid for the refrigerator. If it was me, I would like my money back. Honestly, I won't buy from that store again. this happened in the Holstebro warehouse
