I could save 1000 DKK just by buying a cheap and useful hammer drill from it. It also recommended things that I forgot to note down, so I was so happy. Delivery and everything was good.

Hi Shinnosuke,
When i try to track your order it shows that the package is ready for pickup at SuperBrugsen.
They have delivered to pickup point, since nobody was home when they tried to deliver.
PostNord states that they send you an email informing of this the 27. and 30. last month.

The online web experience is not…
The online web experience is not straight through. I had to make changes in the order and I managed to do it by canceling the order within 5 minutes and placing the new order. For cancelled order, no email notification but I got the shipment email next day. I had to remind them to stop shipment by calling the customer service. No email was sent for cancel confirmation. I was paid back for some items but for others, the payment has been taken out and still waiting.
