Halfords, Bletchley
Halfords (Formerly National tyres) of Bletchley are tops. I booked in for replacement brake discs and pads and an MOT. Everything was clearly explained before I agreed to the work. Friendly and knowledgeable front of house. She understood my customer needs and provided a clear, concise explanation of the work required. Its easy to bash and give a low score, but Halfords Bletchley deserve a 5 star award.

Ask if they could refit wheel back to original position asi t had been moved due to odd tyres on vehicle BLANK GOT TOLD NO!!! even ordered to pay. STILL NO (to be clear brought 3 tyres mid range)

Took advantage of the free MOT
Took advantage of the free MOT, but when my car failed they tried to oversell parts and labour to the tune of £1400 for work that was only advisory. They said I wasn't allowed to drive my car (which was not true) and they were extremely reluctant to let me collect my car and take it to another garage

Am Currently experiencing issues with…
Am Currently experiencing issues with halfords in grays..my car was there for servicing and they came up with issues they saw on my car and it was meant to be done within a day or 2days max. After 2 days they came up with another fault ,its been over 1 week of stress of how to move around with my children and no yet no update on my car..I have contacted the complaint team since Saturday and today, all I hear is wait and someone will get back to you with 7 days..if I don't hear anything by next Tuesday I will take further action..very terrible people working in grays garage..rude and liars.. my car was with zero fault before taking it there for servicing. I will never recommend them to my worst enemy. First time customer and am very disappointed 😞
