I bought pant that ran very big , I could’ve fit them I asked for a return label which they gave me a hard time they finally gave me the returned label they received the pants but never refunded me my 103.00!so I called the representative act like he couldn’t find me in the system I provided him the tracking number then he had nothing to say , I don’t know why they haven’t refunded your money it’s been months now. Their e-gift card option is a silly joke
Their e-gift card is a silly joke. I tried to purchase the gift card online, then I tried to place my order by the phone twice. Every single time my payment was rejected. I called my bank and I found out that there were no problem with my bank account. The Guess reps were unable to explain me why my order was denied. They ruined my gift for my goddaughter's Birthday. Never again I will check the Guess website or step into any Guess store, enough

I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing an order. I ordered a dress back in Dec, to be fair if arrived quickly and was good quality. Unfortunately it didn't fit, so it got returned straight away, tracking shows it arrived back with Guess on 31 Dec. The FAQs indicate it takes 14 days to process a refund from when they receive the item back. I chased up my refund after 14 days, sent the tracking evidence, customer service replied to say something had gone wrong with my return at their end. They said they had escalated a refund request to their finance team, and it could take a further 14 days for them to respond but I was informed it shouldnt take that long. However, it's now been another 7 days and I've heard absolutely nothing and they haven't replied to my latest email. I'm so disappointed, I thought Guess was a reputable brand, I definitely will not be ordering from them again. It looks like I may have to submit a PayPal claim as I have no confidence in ever seeing this refund.

Order placed at the end of November. After almost two months, there is still no package, no tracking updates, and no refund. Customer service avoids responsibility and provides only meaningless responses. This behavior is highly misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company.
Great clothes, poor delivery & refund service in todays day & age.
Whilst the items I purchased were of very good quality, I paid £16 for faster delivery on 2 items, 1 arrived quickly, the other took longer than it should have & I'm sure was only despatched after I contacted them, it arrived too late for the event I intended to wear it at. Also, returns....still waiting for a refund on 2 items totalling over £300 which I returned almost 2 weeks ago, that is poor service considering it's all done by bank transfer.
Update: Contacted Customer Service again as both refunds are still saying pending, I was told they would escalate my query but I'm not holding my breath, they said I should expect it next week (4 weeks after item was returned). Absolutely disgraceful, they took the money quick enough! I have 3 more items in my basket which I will now remove, I will not shop at Guess again, especially after reading the reviews regarding returns/refunds.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service.
I received a completely wrong item — instead of the trousers I ordered, I was sent children’s clothing. Despite this being entirely their mistake, I still had to spend a lot of my own time arranging the return, travelling, waiting in long queues and following a procedure that should never have been necessary.
Almost two months have now passed, and I still have not received my refund.
Customer support has been absolutely unacceptable. It is very difficult to get clear answers, phone agents respond reluctantly, and every operator provides different information. No one takes responsibility or genuinely tries to resolve the issue.
In the end, I have:
– no product,
– no refund,
– wasted a huge amount of time and energy,
– and received no real help from the company.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone
Utterly flabbergasted at the service
I'm utterly flabbergasted at the level of service I've received from this company. I've been a loyal Guess customer for over 10 years and initiated an online order for the first time over a week ago.
After entering the apt number in the field, I noticed the apt number was missing on the order confirmation.
I reached out several times to request the information be updated and didn't hear back until it was too late.
The order ended up being delivered to the incorrect address and when I reached out to request a replacement order, they mentioned that I would need to order again in order to be refunded for the previous order.
When I asked to just be refunded, they told me to file a dispute with my bank as they cannot assist.
Protocol or not, the customer service is horrendous and has caused Guess to lose a customer.

I love their clothes; they are beautiful and comfortable, but ordering from Guess is always a gamble. The customer support is terrible. Once an expensive dress was stolen from the box, and no apologies were offered. After numerous calls, I received credit back. But nothing ever happened to explain how expensive goods can be stolen from the box or why they aren't sent insured. The most recent experience was an enquiry about the whereabouts of my parcel, which I paid express shipping for (1-2 working days). The agent, who barely spoke English, had given me unintelligible information, and when I politely probed, she became pretty rude.
Happy with my orders
I've ordered online a few times. Clothing quality and tailoring is fantastic. Delivery is fast. I had to return some jeans that I had accidentally ripped the tag off because they were too big and the return was so easy. No issues really. I am surprised by the negative reviews.. maybe the quality is inconsistent over the years or something but personally I've had no issues. I'm a size uk4/xxs usually and I get XS and jeans in 24inch if that helps anyone.

Wanted to returns items but they use a logistics that only has 1 return depot that is so far out of the way. Why not use other companies or drop offs.

The customer support is pissing me off. Instead of actually trying to solve a problem and help, they’re just wasting my time and energy with endless emails, not to mention that it takes them 2-3 days to reply. The order never reached me because the courier sent it back to warehouse instead of leaving it at a local parcel shop (i was at work so couldn’t pick the package). The package has reached their warehouse almost 2 weeks ago, i registered the refund like they told me and now they’re asking for a receipt of me returning the order which is non existing simply because i had nothing to return?? I just want my money back. I’m never ordering from here again.

I like guess brand, most likely everything, but I'm really disappointed on this one I have purchased a peackcoat on black Friday, the price was 278,but I paid 178 cuz of the black Friday discount, I use it for like 10 days.

GUESS THE SCAMMERS
I made an order on November 25th for £190. 14 days later guess & my local courier admitted the item was lost & I was promised an immediate refund and to place another order which would be sent express to me. So another £190 spent, £380 out of pocket now. ANOTHER 14 days later, no refund for the original lost parcel and GUESS what...... The replacement has been lost aswell! No responses to my emails or giving me any information over the phone other than 'we are extremely busy' meaning they are probably about to go into liquidation due to the amount of stock being lost / refunds they owe people. Do yourself a favour, get your bank to initiate a chargeback immediately as this scam company will NOT give you your money back. They probably don't even actually send the items as they never seem to arrive and always end up 'lost'. Looking back on it now I'm glad the clothes never arrived as I would not EVER want to represent this company or give them a penny of my cash. AWFUL experience. AWFUL scammy company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
