I bought a jeans by Guess and the track and trace code said it was delivered but i didn't reveive anything. Guess has taken 70 euro for nothing. Instead off finding a solution they send a pdf file that i needed to print, file with a pen and scan it in so they can launch an investigation. Horrible company

I made an in store purchase in Oshawa mall for $323.70 on August 3rd, and due to a register problem the transaction was cancelled and redone. The manager was told it would be corrected right away on my account. it was not. I was debited $323.70 twice and called Customer Care to get refunded. I’ve since called numerous times and it is now August 28th. I was told today the cheque could take up to six weeks. This is ridiculous! I was offered 15 reward points for my inconvenience. 200 points are required for $10 off of a purchase. I won’t be shopping there again.

Guesswatches website is promoting 15% off on your first order when you sign up for newsletter, I did that and received a coupon code which never works for any of the watches. They even sent the link of the watch I wanted with 15% coupon code, that does not work either. I contacted support by calling them, the lady said it should work, then it never worked. Then I sent email to support team, no response and it's been more than 24 hours. I started a chat, they said agent will come, none of the contact method works. Very very disappointed by this website and quality of service they provide.

I purchased a bag from Guess.Au it arrived exactly when stated, brilliantly packed and with all the protective packaging and dust bag. Sadly , it wasn't right for me as it was too big. I returned this via their free returns and received my refund with zero delay or issues. I am do impressed with the service and overall experience and have no issue recommending Guess to anyone👍

One of the worst customer services and ordering experiences in the UK. They charge above average shipping charge, have stock audit issues which they don’t resolve, and take customers for granted. I paid the exorbitant £16 express shipping for an item since I wanted to receive it urgently. However, even after multiple phone calls, the order got cancelled and I had to reorder. But still, the order didn't arrive within the promised window after a week and they said they have no idea where the parcel is. Pathetic. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent order that was returned to you without being delivered to me.
I am a returning customer and have successfully received previous orders using the same delivery address. However, on this occasion, I was informed by Royal Mail that there was an issue with the address provided. This is confusing, as I made no changes to my usual delivery details. Given this, it is clear that the error most likely occurred during the order processing on your end.
To make matters worse, when I contacted your customer service team, I spoke with a representative named Faty, who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He showed no accountability for the issue, and shockingly, he ended the call abruptly. This is entirely unacceptable and falls far below the level of customer service I expect from a reputable brand like Guess.
I was informed that I must wait for the item to be returned to your warehouse before a refund can be processed. This process may take considerable time, and I fail to understand why I, as the customer, should be penalised for a mistake that was clearly not mine.
I respectfully request the following:
• A full investigation into why my order was sent with incorrect delivery information despite no changes on my part.
• An immediate update on the status of the returned item.
• An expedited re-delivery of my order to the correct address at no additional cost.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, and there is clear language-based discrimination. If you don’t speak German fluently, they treat you like an idiot — with zero patience or respect.
To make matters worse, I filed a formal complaint with Guess customer support over two months ago, and still have not received any meaningful response or resolution. Even after following up, nothing has been done.
It’s unacceptable for an international brand like Guess to tolerate this kind of treatment in their stores, and for their customer service team to be completely incapable of addressing a serious issue like this.

Also over the phone, the person was like tired to answer my question, and very disrespectful. I tried the Live Chat - nothing - useless.

When you call their shipping company no one answers,. 1st time it happened guess asked if I wanted my money back or the items and I said the items as they are a gift. I wouldn't order from here if you are actually wanting your items on time or at all. So from April 26th to June 5th and have not received anything. Stay away!!

I placed an order on the website which was accepted successfully after the payment during the day. However later at night, I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the item. This is extremely unprofessional and absurd as they should have known about their inventory before accepting my payment. I ordered from guess.com USA. They just delivered the order to the wrong address. When I complained they said I should have found the product at the address. This company is a scam. I have been a member of guess for years and this is the first time I have had such a complaint. No one is helping.
Terrible experience
Lately my ordering online from guess company is been so good for decade. Recently I ordered a woman jumpsuits and they sent me a Mens Watch. It looks suspicious when the box arrived becuase the packaging is terrible. The outside adress of the package is my complete information but inside documents was two different person and the address is completely different.
I phone the customer care and she told me that I have return the watch so she can refund me the amount that i paid for my order. It's like saying to me that somebody made a mistake in our department so now u have to pay for it with your own time, energy and money. I think its ridiculous. I am very busy person and now I have to run around for them so I can get my own money back and never mind the items that I didn't receive. It's so frustrating and it's so not worth it.
My question now is how did things happened when clothing and watch is so different?
One more thing,the packaging of the box is so ugly. It's like from the third world country.
Guess clothing is my favorite to shop, it's good quality and I don't want to ruin it for just one mistake.
Guess Australia Terrible Service/Sub Par Products/Return Not Processed
Bought a bag from Guess Australia had it shipped to me in New Zealand as I couldn't find the particular bag here in store. When it arrived it was very small and poor quality. So I sent it back on March 24, 2025 via the return facility on their webpage. Fast forward to almost a month after return and nothing. I can see from the tracking that the bag made it to Australia but there has been no acknowledgement from GUESS Aus. And when you call their customer service number you get put on hold and then asked to leave a message. I have yet to speak to a real human. Don't buy from this site if you can avoid it.

I ordered directly from the official GUESS website, expecting a premium experience — at the very least, the signature GUESS gift bag or pouch that usually comes with in-store purchases. Sadly, nothing like that was included.
It’s disappointing, especially since I chose to order from the original website over third-party retailers thinking the presentation and packaging would reflect the brand’s in-store standard. The product is fine, but the lack of thoughtful packaging took away from the experience.
Very very poor quality handbag
Very very disappointed in quality of a Guess handbag. The embellishments, strap, zips and interior are excellent (bag has been rarely used) but the main body of the bag, which I believed to be leather has disintegrated; flaking and splitting throughout.
It is more than 2 years old but is always stored in its Guess dusted bag in a dry wardrobe. Customer care not interested.
They obviously don’t care about customer service or customer loyalty. I have several Guess products but will NEVER buy another.
