Delivery was made over 1.5 hours late!

Delivery was made over 1.5 hours after the order was ready. I tried to chat with customer service and the AI bot told me there’s nothing they can do. I spent $24 for inedible food and an undeserved tip. I tried to get a refund and customer service bot says chat ended so there is no recourse

I ordered from Hardee's through…

I ordered from Hardee's through Grubhub. I didn't get the correct order. I called Hardees and got no help from them, so I called Grubhub customer service. The order that Hardee's received was NOT what I ordered. I don't know what went wrong, but it wasn't my fault. I've ordered from Grubhub at least 10 times in the past 3 1/2 weeks since I've been staying at a motel and NEVER had a problem.
Needless to say, I didn't get any help.
I am not surprised as I've read the reviews and ratings of Grubhub, and they are POOR!!!
I will never use Grubhub again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never, ever use this company for food deliveries. I'm very disappointed, but certainly not surprised.

Im a DoorDash refugee I got fed up with…

Im a DoorDash refugee I got fed up with all of their games and constantly literally getting robed they mess up your entire order 60 bucks plus and then offer you under 10 bucks to fix it um No I don't think so...not to mention triple charging me in one month for their Dash pass and getting shitty when I caut them and ask about it had to get my bank to get them out of my account. I went back try to use it and all of a sudden all the restaurant's are closed on a wend at 3pm yeah ok disgruntled thieves much?.
That said so far im much happier with Grubhub food arrives on time we were actually able to eat it out of the bag with out having to heat it up tonight its sad that's so exciting for a service one pays so much for but it is what it is a guess I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet so no clue how that is but so far out of the two evils Grubhub is definitely better take from that what you will..

I’ve had pretty much nothing but trouble with Grubhub!

I’ve had pretty much nothing but headaches with Grub Hub in the last year. I get emails for 30% off, then go to use it and it says it’s already been used. I’ve had more than 5 incorrect deliveries (not to my place), and other times I have to walk around the complex either looking for the driver, or for my food at someone else’s door.
My last straw was calling customer service to get the 30% off, her telling me to do the order while on the phone, and after I do she says “I’m sorry I can’t give you a discount”. I said “then cancel the order”, and she replied “I’m sorry but I can’t do that”. I got an email that stated that I had too many requests for refunds!!! If they would do the right thing I wouldn’t ask!!! I’ll NOT use them again!

I did not make a charge of 97.93 on…

I did not make a charge of 97.93 on 4/30 on my account. My credit card has the charge that need to reconciled though. It took me multiple tries to get a random refund and I still have not seen the receipt or an explanation. This is theft by GH and needs to be resolved appropriately. Due there being so many options to pick from for delivery service. GH cannot be trusted to not do this again in the future therefore I have cancelled my GH+ and will be using another service moving forward.

Grubhub is by far horrible service

Grubhub is by far horrible service. I have had an order placed and its gets delayed multiple times and with doordash a time frame for them is 23-30 mins, and with grubhub its always over an hour and a half. They have promos that dont get applied to the orders and get offered an oops sorry here's $5 for the inconvenience of a delayed or missing item in your order. I highly recommend not using grubhub. Awful AWFUL service

Unhelpful

I took an online continuing education class in which I was supposed to receive $35 in credit. This is the second time it hasn’t gone through. The first time the person on chat helped me right away. Now this time I have talked to three chat people and two people over the phone all of which are telling me unfortunately they cannot help me. It is extremely frustrating to spend this much time with their customer service and not have a resolution. If I wasn’t for the credits, I wouldn’t even bother. This is part of the reason why I don’t use this company on regular basis.

Never Again

I placed an order and after an hour, I checked and the driver had been "driving to the restaurant" for an hour. Their car on the map hadn't moved so I sent them a message to get an update. All of a sudden, their name disappeared from my order. As I was talking to customer service, They discovered my food had also been picked up. After almost 90 minutes, I was told that *I* would have to re-order and delivery would be almost another hour. I was so frustrated that I told them to cancel my account and give me my money back. They refunded my money and offered me a $5 credit. WHAT? I just told you that I want my account cancelled and somehow you think that giving me a $5 credit that I'll NEVER use is gonna make things right? Never again.

This is the second time in a week that…

This is the second time in a week that I've had a order cancelled by GrubHub, I can't believe this company is still in business, I don't order a lot from them but it would be nice if they could actually fill the order and deliver it, but that is too much to ask, two orders getting cancelled is too much, the drivers are bad enough because they don't follow instructions on where to deliver the food, but having two cancellations in 3 days is a bit much, and customer service is a joke, this whole company is a joke, I don't know how they manage to stay in business with all the screwups and bad reviews and getting sued, what a bad business, I don't think I'll order from them anymore because they just screw up everything.

They will steal from you

We’ve had a driver run over our mailbox and they refused to do anything about it. We have also had missing orders in which they refuse to reimburse us. They essentially are stealing from their customers.

They hire the worst drivers possible

They hire the worst drivers possible. A few times they dropped orders during delivery, with food spread all over the box. Today, their driver just cancelled the order for no reasons, and blamed the restaurant. Customer service is absolutely useless.

Wrong order....AGAIN!!!

I placed an order with grub hub...have to take med 1 hr before eating delivery was almost an hour. It was the wrong order by this time 2.5 hrs had past too late to order anything...plus the driver wanted me to take the wrong order...no way...there was stuff I had an allergy to. This is 2nd time Grub hub messed my order up.

Grubhub never stands behind their product. I use Grubhub & they continuously fall short on deliveries! They never deliver the diet coke or ketchup . When you talk to them they claim they can't help you well then get out of the delivery business. It's up to Grub Hub to make sure the deliveries are accurate & with all the condiments order. It's never happen with me .I see why GrubHub has a low rating. You earned it!
