Pricey but probably worth it.

As soon as you open the pack, you can tell that this is a good quality bean by the matt finish but the smell is amazing too.

Always look forward to ordering and receiving my order from Grind. Lovely tasting coffee every time. Perfect morning, noon and night time!

I have tried most of them but my favourite is the Decaff House Blend. Perfect taste!

Misleading information

I ordered several bags of coffee to benefit from the coffee tins however only one was sent because they don’t send more than one per order - this was not clear when I ordered it. Had I ordered the coffee separately it would have been sent. I raised this with their customer service and they replied to say they only give one tin per order - despite ordering multiple bags.

Caramel and Vanilla disappointing

I ordered caramel, vanilla and house pods. Delivery was prompt. The house was nice, but the vanilla and caramel pods didn’t really deliver the flavour that I was expecting, so decided to cancel my subscription. The recyclable pods are a positive.

Do not buy a Grind coffee machine

Coffee has always been generally good quality and mostly prompt delivery.

My issue is, instead, with their terrible coffee machines. I bought a replacement in Oct. 25, the handle broke in Feb 26. The machine was replaced (as per warranty) and the replacement only lasted until May 26 until the same fault occurred, with the handle breaking.
As a longterm customer I reached out to report this very poor experience via email and heard nothing. I have cancelled my membership/subscription and will look elsewhere. Do not buy one of these shiny but shoddy Grind coffee machines.

Great coffee as ever guys please keep…

Great coffee as ever guys please keep up the great work. A bit disappointed in the tote bag offer as the email showed the black Shoreditch bag but what arrived was the beige tote bag. I already have this bag and it is amazingly useful hence I thought I’d try the other option. I guess it wasn’t to be. ☹️
Delivery prompt as ever the only issue being Royal Mail left it at my door when I wasn’t in - no option to redirect on their app - and the box and tote bag got very wet hmmm!
Please keep serving up great coffee guys with great flavour options you are amazing! 😄

I’m really sorry about the confusion with the tote bag. The black Shoreditch tote sold out very quickly, which is why we had to send the beige one instead. I’m sorry that wasn’t what you were hoping for, especially as you already have it.

Prompt delivery, excellent flavour

Prompt delivery, excellent packaging - sustainable as I was able to use the boxes again for other things

Coconut flavoured pod - beautiful, subtle flavoured but nicely balanced. I have not tried the baileys pod yet but I am sure it will be very nice

I came for the Pokémon tins but stayed for the coffee.
The Pokémon tins are great and I love them. I wasn’t planning on loving the coffee but it is such a marked difference from the ground supermarket bags.

Great products

Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour.
Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local delivery office, on time.
