Grind Coffee Machine - poor service

Having used a Grind coffee machine many times at a friends house I decided the machine was right for me. Importantly it is narrow fitting as I have limited workspace, the stainless steel looks sleek and sophisticated and it makes a great Starbucks coffee. I ordered it in February 26, knowing it would not be delivered until April. I contacted Grind beginning of April asking for an update, they replied it would be the end of April. I chased again at the end of April, they replied it would be mid May. I received the machine at the end of May when I was away for a couple of weeks. When I finally opened the package and set up the machine I thought wow! However at the bottom of the packaging was a silver screw - on checking the machine it came from the front panel. It doesn’t screw in so I’ve just placed it there loosely because tbh i guess I’m prepared to live with it rather than waiting months for a replacement. The latest design is not quite as sturdy as the old one and in my opinion definitely needs quality checking before despatched to customers. As for Grind coffee…. I prefer Starbucks!

Perfect fit

I ordered 100 pods plus a free tin.
The price was really reasonable and the items arrived quickly.
The pods fit my Nespresso machine perfectly and the coffee tastes lovely.

Simply devine

Ease of ordering, love the blend of the machine coffee and the decaf instant is so smooth. Love the pink, love the recycling, love the occasional tote too (I have two different designs now) 😉

I signed up for a subscription

I signed up for a subscription. My beans arrived very quickly and the process was easy. Great quality beans, fresh and aromatic. Only slight let down is that I ordered one of their tins, expecting it would have an air tight seal, but it doesn’t.

4 stars for the delivery service

4 stars for the delivery service, which was nice and quick. I ordered this for my brother, who's a Pokémon fan, and he loved the Eevee tin!
Personally, not a fan of this coffee. Tried it several times now.

Had an issue with the shipping I…

Had an issue with the shipping I requested. Thought I pressed express but I didn’t, messaged them explained they was for a birthday present and I’ve ordered late and they sent it out and upgraded the shipping! My friend loved her coffee!!
