You failed to acknowledge a single dumbell was delivered when you sell as a pair.
Nobody contacted me from submitting an online form about half delivery.
I had to ring to discuss and it was the store at York rd Leeds (they were awesome) that sorted it, but I am out of pocket, due to having to drive to store to return the single dumbell and travell to Pudsey store to purchase the replacement pair, all of which is caused by half delivery.

Fantastic service from Emma (I think!) Just resubscribed my membership and.took some time to come through to the till...patience and the manager helped in getting my discount! Hoorah. A great experience, much better than the one in Huddersfield!!

What is the point of having a store in Belfast who advise to order item online only to order the item & once address is added it does NOT POST TO BELFAST OR CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE...BUT I CAN GO TO AYR IN SCOTLAND FOR IT...customer service 30mins wait & then around in circles as no one knows why item can't be posted....asked to speak with management & still waiting 3weeks on...yet a truck can arrive with deliveries of large products but not a shoe box...🤬

Still not received order. Been 2 weeks and had no notification its ready to collect. Had to purchase elsewhere.

Great customer service from Peter who was helping me to decide which walking boots were the best for me. I do a lot of hiking and got coming a hiking race next month. I needed a good pair of boots that doesn’t give me blisters and pain in my calf. Peter showed me 3 different shoes, explained the difference, tried them on and with all his knowledge, I bought my new pair of walking boots.
Very happy with my purchase and his customer service. Thanks Peter.

19th August was refunded due to damage caused in transit so reordered 27th and still not received

The Erdington team always do everything they can to help. Best retail team I ever interact with. Even if there is an issue they make sure everything is resolves quickly and without hassle. Couldn't recommend more

Great service provided at the store. I went in for trail running shoes, the range in store was somewhat limited for the style/tread I was after. Angie from the shoe dept was very helpful and managed to find a perfect fit for my needs.

Went to the store today as urgently needed some waterproof trousers. Abbie directed me to the right area and explained the advantages of having a membership card.

Great service and the one shop I’ll always make the trip to Birkenhead for.

Paid for next day delivery, came four days too late

Excellent service from Philip at Go Outdoors in Penrith. He helped us assemble our bike on the very day and we were able to leave the store with it, even supporting us to load in the car. Thank you for your help and support.

The staff in the Daybrook store (Nottingham) were really helpful and responsive.
