I actually had a really bad experience…

I actually had a really bad experience with you guys which was a surprise because ive ordered before and not an issue. The ice cream cones are delicate which i understand but they were packed in a way that would result in breaking up in the packaging. The box of cones with buffer round obviously arrived with only 2 cracked cones where as the 2nd box had no buffer and was against the outer box resulting in crushed cones completely. I have been meaning to email you and let you know but this helps. I lost out on postage payment and a box of cones which are not cheap.

Excellent choice of products

There is a very wide choice of products, it was easy to order and my items arrived promptly. I understand why my chilled items arrived in a cool box, but now have the problem of disposing of it and the ice packs - not too bad for a one off but with a regular order I would end up with several!
