I thought I ordered the BIG size rice…
I thought I ordered the BIG size rice milks because of the image turns out I ordered the 250ml (quarter size) for £1.50 each! Given the ONE LITRE was retail £2.50 (but cheaper in Waitrose at just £2), I complained. Sure enough they collected all the small ones the next day, and the day after that they arranged replacement full size milks to be delivered they even added an extra milk (equivalent to the £2 per litre price point).... So happy with the customer service. Could not bring myself to tell them they forgot to include TWO Freekeh Wheat packs (I only received one pack)... The people they have to pack the boxes seem to be throwaway staff who don't really care, and double check quantities when it is so important to get the customer order correct first time. Be aware.

Brilliant in every way
