Unimpressive service
Item purchasing process was very good and product great, however your contracted courier took 3 days to deliver compared with your 1 day guarantee.
Once the item was delivered it was all knotted up in the box corner and not placed within the presentation tabs, creating a very difficult time unravelling.
Based upon this and a not very helpful customer service chat on the missed delivery date I am not sure if I will purchase from you in the future.

I bought two matching diamond 2ct…
I bought two matching diamond 2ct diamond tennis bracelets to be gifted for my wife’s 40th and daughter’s 21st. Both have broken with normal wear within the fist 6 months and within a few weeks of each other. We took the first one back to the store a few days ago, which had been sent off for assessment. Today the 2nd one broke. We have been told that it will be 11 weeks for the report before a decision will be made. I am of the opinion that these are poor quality, not fit for purpose and we should be refunded. Very poor customer service especially given that these were both important and cherished gifts. I have a very extensive purchase history with Goldsmiths and I will not be making more in the future. Very poor service.
