Integrity and service is First Class.
My parcel was sent on 9th September, guaranteed to arrive by 1 pm on the 10th. Unfortunately it was delayed and did not arrive until the 11th September. Despite this delay, Gold Investments processed the order and I was paid in full on the 14th. They were within their T & C to reassess the payment due to the delay. I am impressed with both their service and the integrity of their business and have no problem in recommending them as a first class business.

Be Careful.
Made several orders. But on one order I was told by Gold Investments Staff that I was “trying it on” and costing them money. In short - rude and abrupt. As a courtesy - and to keep Gold Investments fully informed of the customer experience, I raised a formal written complaint. Progress on the complaint was initially encouraging - but the outcome was disappointing and the “Goodwill” was derisory and an insult. Be very careful.

Sorry about your experience. I think it stemmed from multiple orders at multiple prices and subsequently choosing the one with the best price- we have to hedge each purchase so it leaves us short. We did send a silver Britannia as an apology and offered to price match any dealer but this was sadly not accepted. Hope you have good experiences with any future dealers you work with
