I recently completed a Goldcross training course with John Fitzmaurice, and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. John is extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly has a wealth of real-world experience. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, encouraged participation throughout, and was always happy to answer questions.

The course was well delivered, informative, and enjoyable thanks to John's approach. I came away feeling much more confident in the subject matter, and I'm very happy to say that I passed the course thanks to his excellent training and support.

I sincerely hope John is still delivering courses for Goldcross the next time I book training, as I would not hesitate to attend another course with him.

Darren was a great trainer.
His knowledge is boundless and has clearly worked through the industry to get to that point.
The course was delivered well and a little hard going when it needed to be, but I feel this was relevant and the balance was right.
Would highly recommend for renewal or as a newcomer to the SMSTS qualification.

Goldcross training, i have used then a couple of times now, they have been nothing but helpful and well organised, Training courses are well presented well with a good amount of home study. My latest course the SMSTS was really good. Cant thank my teacher Darren Whitley enough, he was really patient with the group, taking time with the group ensuring that the group had fully understood thw topics before he moved on

I decided to take my smsts with Goldcross for the second time. Again the teacher was brilliant. The tutor was engaging and very knowledgeable. He was keen not to just show and read power point slides. I highly recommend this organisation.
