I recently completed the Fire Risk Assessment course with Health and Safety Training First, and I was thoroughly impressed. The course content was clear, comprehensive, and delivered in a way that made even the more complex topics easy to understand. It was evident that a great deal of expertise had gone into developing the material.

The additional links and resources provided throughout the course were excellent, allowing me to explore topics in greater depth and reinforcing my understanding. The website itself was straightforward to navigate, making the whole learning experience smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, this was a well-structured, informative, and engaging course. I would highly recommend Health and Safety Training First to anyone looking for high-quality health and safety training.

Awful. See Google reviews littered with bad reviews which remarkably are not here.

Exam system is poor and does not work and when you contact support they are rude and unhelpful. They refused refund so taking them to small claims court.

I bought a hybrid laptop/tablet with compatible up to date software after paying £199 for sssts course the day before my test I was called by the companies rudest unfriendly officeboy, who said it wasn't suitable according to CITB (i checked that was another untruth). I tried calling them back after checking the system operating software but they wouldn't answer my calls/WhatsApp messages. I was called on morning of my test as link I was sent didn't work by the same rather arrogant person who told me to email office manager as as i couldn't sit the test I wanted a refund because she deals with it. I never got a reply of any kind for 5 days and called again getting the same person who unprofessionally said he read my email which was not addresses to him so he shouldn't have and bluntly said I cant rebook the xourse as the next one was full to which after I checked was untrue there were 3 places left and I'm not entitled to a refund and I replied I'd contact my bank to which he replied good luck trying. I paid for another course with Goldcross and used the hybrid laptop which worked perfectly well and passed. My bank currently investigating this after I sent all emails and call logs to them. Worst company I've ever used and the staff are not in anyway customer friendly.

Ignored by customer service, still waiting for my £175 refund!
Total lack of communication. I requested a cancellation and Lauri confirmed on July 1st that my refund of £175.00 (Order #92239) was passed to the finance department. It has been over 5 working days now. I have sent multiple emails to Lauri and the support team, but everyone is completely ignoring me. Very unprofessional! Return my money immediately.

the people working there are very polite and are very helpful right away, had no issues with sorting my cards out
