Unreasonable Call Back System
Called (as advised) to speak to a mortgage specialist to be told that none are available. Can request a call back any time in next 48 hours between 8am and 7pm. No facility to book an appointment. Basically you have to be able to answer a potentially 45 minute call, at any time. Like we're all just sitting around waiting. Absolute rubbish.
