Turned off auto-renewal on domains. GoDaddy switches back on without warning and then won't refund me after they charge me with no warning that domains are coming up for renewal. Only way to stop this happening again is to delete account and all my data.

Worst support I've every used.
The GoDaddy website hides anything to do with downgrading, settings or anything you might sensibly want to use. Forces upgrades upon you and it's extremely difficult to undo. The limited website forces you to request for support and support is uniformly terrible. They will hand you over to a different agent every few minutes, make you re-authenticate and generally make it almost impossible to achieve your goal.

Jose made the process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my questions were fully answered.

order tshirt arrived stained and very dirty spoke to customer servives they resent item 2nd arrived as bad as the 1st nearly identical stain looks like oil been kept in dirty location if checked items before sending would stop the problem contacting them for refund so difficult they hope we will give up but no but leaving this review so others dont waste their money !!!!
