Easy to set up, low cost, and friendly rep. Liked that I could select a specific value of coverage.

So far so good, it was simple enough to get cover and the cashback was confirmed. Let's see what happens if I get the cashback. Also I'd like to see how simple the claims process is.

Easy sign up and took advantage of cash back deal and free echo dot. The video call took some time to get scheduled but was easy to do and the surveyor was polite and took no longer than 20 mins.

My friend recommended me and so far has been brilliant. Scheduled with my video call in a couple weeks and can’t wait! Heard a lot of positive things so far! The app is so easy to use and can’t wait to start adding items! The communication has been brilliant so far too with the cash back etc! Would 100% recommend.

A whole new process but presented and made very simple and interesting. Looking forward to the remainder of the policy term to see how well the company insures my belongings

I bought a buildings and content policy but decided to cancel next day. I felt that there was a delay issuing the refund but after contacting customer services this is now being sorted

Footnote - had an email a few weeks ago telling us Buzzvailt were ceasing trading - hopefully we are still insured??? Pity as they had a good start.

Straight forward application for home insurance, great value with option of monthly direct debit, very friendly staff who give you the video call, very easy to do also to log new items in the vault, would recommend this company.
