Excellent customer service. I had forgotten to include one of my travelling companion’s medical conditions. I had purchased the policy on a Sunday so once I realised I emailed them. I received an email first thing on Monday morning and a quick phone call resolved the matter immediately. Very impressed with the quality of communication and customer service

Best for cruising
This has been the best website for cruise insurance. Very easy to use, breaks down the cover on the first page, so you actually see what is covered and how much you will pay without hidden extras. You have the choice of different levels of cover. The prices are the best I have seen, the price I paid for an annual trip, most insurance companies wanted more for a single trip. I will be recommending this site to other people.
