It was a great pleasure to join the tour with Francesco and Marco.
They were great guides and learned us more about "Mama Etna" and her history.
Also the Alcantara canyon and river was a great experiance.
We recomand GoEtna and these perfect guides. Wel done....

Good organization with pick-up at hotel in Taormina.
Interesting walk around craterias.
Bath in the river was very nice.

The English speaking guides had a lot of great knowledge of Etna how she was formed and kept the day fun and entertaining. Pickup and drop off was easy. Good communication on the whole experience.

We booked two visits to Etna with Go-Etna and both were amazing. We went on the sunset tour, beautiful and amazing. Davida our guide was absolutely brilliant, had so much information and led us up the paths to reach a height enabling us to watch the sun setting. A small group of six made it that extra special as we got to know one another quite well. A visit to the usual tourists shop and cafe was really good, we bought so much, preserves, including honey and chocolate and of course the famous Pistachios that are farmed literally on the side of Mount Etna. We were picked up from our apartment in Catania and it was a lovely ride through villages situated high up in the hills and dropped off back there later that day. The sunset tour is to be highly recommended. Thank you Go-Etna and to Davida

We also booked the 3200 mtr day trip, as with the sunset tour it was amazing, hard to put into words as it was an experience we will never forget. Picked up once again at our apartment in Catania, this time by Marco who, like Davida was so full of information. It involved a ride in the cable car and then a four by four up to 3000 mtrs then a short walk for a further 200 plus mtrs. You could clearly witness the Stromboli's, loud cracks which added to the fun. This was followed by lunch, four courses, including wine, the standard was perfect. We got back into Catania about 5.30pm so the day was 10 and a half hours. We did not need warm clothing as it was really warm as expected in August. Thank you Go-Etna and Marco for the most unforgettable experience.

We took ETNA EMOTION 3000 TOUR and even though at first we thought it was little expensive we decided to go ahead . Definitely worth the money , views from the mountain are breath taking . Our guide tour was humorous and knowledgeable. We also hired some shoes which was good idea in order to keep our own trainers white .

Mount Etna itself was amazing, Marco and Nuncio (apologies if I spelt his name wrong) were absolutely phenomenal operators in addition to the majority of the Etna team. Our only concern was that one of the staff members (the staff member leading the French speaking on 18 August, skinnier guy with an arm tattoo) was rude to me and my fiancé during our lunch break, in which another customer who was sitting next to us even commented on how rude this staff member was when he asked to move seats by asking “why would you want to separate a family?”. To ask us to move seats that way, rather than politely “sorry, can you please move seats?” Was offensive. The tone was rude, and he asked my fiancé to move across from me so that 4 seats would be available for this “family”, in which only 2 people sat down anyway. There was a much more polite way to ask this question if it was really necessary for us to move seats, as we felt the antagonising question/comment was not only unnecessarily but also pointless in the end as everyone could’ve sat down without us needing to move, and the tone of the operator was offensive in this exchange.

I booked the Etna sunset tour with my husband. It was an awesome experience. Our tour guide David and jeep drivers Vincenzo and Sergei were very good and took care of everything. Totally worth the price. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful tour guide (Marco) who had such incredible knowledge about the history of the area and gave us a wonderful experience.

Had a great afternoon, talk tour and the pleasure of a grumpy Etna too, (lots of growling) the guides and drivers were friendly and welcoming throughout.
Very informative and would definitely recommend the sunset trip & tasting.
Can't say much more as dont want to spoil the surprises, but so much more better experience having a guide than driving yourself.
