No response from customer services re damaged items
Generally 5* products, BUT had serious issues with recent order
I would usually give this company 5* (I’ve bought from them several times).
However, this time one of my items arrived damaged (wood badly dented and not in a useable condition). I tried contacting customer services several times with the photos, but haven’t had any response to my emails. Also another item in the order didn’t have the screws with it.
There’s no way to contact customer services other than the email address on their website. There’s no confirmation that my emails have been received or that they will be dealt with.
So I now have a damaged dressing rail, and a chair that I can’t assemble. And there’s no telling whether I’ll get a replacement or refund? Such a shame as I really love their products.

Placed an order and still had heard…
Placed an order and still had heard nothing 3 weeks later
When I emailed they replied sorry they were unable to fulfill my order
Surely they should have contacted me and let me know instead of me having to chase up?
Unfortunate because an order that I placed several months ago was good which is why I chose to use them again. Not now though, I now have to hunt around for a suitable birthday present to be able to give on Monday

Fantastic quality wooden toys
Fantastic quality wooden toys, great delivery service and excellent price. My little grandson is delighted with his post office as am I, we played for hours.
The height chart was beautiful quality and we have het to open the vet surgery wooden toys, but am confident of the quality.

Good products, bad customer service.
Order 2 items, heard nothing for 10 days, the item eventually arrived over 2 weeks after ordering, this was after I had to repeatedly chase the company. The product arrived after the birthday party it was a present for, overall a very disappointing experience.

Amazing company
We are absolutely delighted with our experience with GLTC. The customer service team went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and I am truly grateful for the generosity and care they showed.
The bunk bed we got is excellent. It’s solid, well made, and it’s very pretty. This is our second bed from GLTC, and once again the quality has met our expectations.
It’s rare to find a company that combines such reliable products with an excellent customer service. We wouldn’t look anywhere else for our children’s furniture.

Easy to assemble play house

Fantastic customer service
I had a few issues with delivery and the courier, but the customer service — in particular Sally — was excellent. She was on the ball throughout, keeping me updated when I couldn’t get information from the courier, and really went above and beyond to resolve things quickly. Her prompt responses and helpful approach put me at ease and reassured me that I was being looked after.
I’ve always loved the products, and I’m very happy they arrived. Thank you again for the fantastic customer service!

No idea when or how my order is coming.
I ordered a cube storage unit on August 23rd. I ordered with GLTC as I've done so before and they've been excellent and no issues and their quality is good. I expected the same from the shopping experience.
However I then got several emails saying 'are you still interested'? After I'd already bought the item. And 'follow us on Instagram'.
On August 26th I got an ambiguous email saying 'your item is on is way' with a tracking number but no details on where to track the order. No detail on when I might expect it.
I'm then directed to sign into an app called 'shop' to track the parcel - this app apparently needs full access to my Gmail. So I've not consented to that.
There is no phone number for GLTC which is so poor for a company selling premium goods.
I'm going to be away for a couple of days so need to check that my order isn't going to end up being on my doorstep.
I emailed them and was told I have a 'ticket' to be assisted within 48 hours. A phone call to a person would have been much nicer.
After a great experience a couple of years ago, this all seems like a really poor show and not at all user or parent-friendly.
