I want expecting anyone to come to fix the problem until Friday. Then I got a message to say Gavin was on his way. Wow what a brilliant guy. He fixed the problem straight away ,polite and very respectful.

Very good worker Steve Coe. Highly recommend as he was polite, a hard worker, his work was remarkable and took his time whilst keeping the area tidy at all times.

Gavin came out, was here for a while claimed he had fixed the blocked toilet claiming there was a j cloth blocking the toilet. Left assuring everything was fixed, flushed the toilet and has now flooded throughout the ceilings and now is almost falling through. Is a disability household so is vulnerable however the company Gilmartins don’t want to answer the phone and constantly ending the call. NOT a happy customer.

I had Gavin French attend my property. Very helpful and completed all works to good standard.

I carried out several roofing jobs for Gilmartins. I repeatedly disputed the payments because the amounts offered did not cover my materials, labour, fuel and travel costs.
Their own paperwork shows one payment of just £14.18.

I complained at the time and was told a manager would contact me. I chased repeatedly but the matter was never resolved.
I have kept the purchase orders, job records and messages showing that I challenged the payments at the time.

Great professional advice and kept it simple to understand
