Order arrived promptly, however, I bought a tissue box holder that no tissues in NZ fit and they refuse to refund me. They kept telling me it had been used, when it can't be used as no tissues fit it in. They accused me of comparing them to Temu, which I never did. The product is not fit for purpose and I even sent them their T's and C's and they still refused to refund me. They wouldn't answer my questions and then they abruptly told me "We can no longer assist you, and a refund is not possible. That’s it. Regardless, thank you for your email"! NEVER ever buy off these people!

This company is stealing people's money. I have had a similar terrible experience to many other reviewers and wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. Ordered a swimsuit set which from the description and photo looks identical to one I already have. My order took 11 days to arrive and then it was completely the wrong product. I have spent over two weeks reaching out to them by email and text and have repeatedly tried calling on the mobile number posted on the website which is just always turned off. These guys are a scam.

DONT use this website. I bought what was advertised as the KittySpout fountain for cats. It is advertised as such - it is NOT. It is a cheap knock off - it doesn’t have a window to see the water level. Most likely it has come thru a website such as Temu. This is false advertising. A scam. Read the rest of the reviews on here. Avoid this company as it appears to have a lot of bad feedback.

I ordered what was advertised as a "premium cotton blend" t-shirt with a cool graphic design. What a joke! The package took nearly a month to arrive, showing up in a sketchy plastic bag with Chinese writing all over it. The "design" is just a cheap sublimation print that looks like it was done with the world's worst printer – the colors are muddy and nothing like the vibrant image shown online.
The material? It feels like they made it from recycled plastic bags. It's thin, scratchy, and has that weird chemical smell that won't go away even after washing. Speaking of washing – the shirt somehow managed to both shrink AND stretch out of shape after one gentle cycle. Now it's weirdly tight in the shoulders while the bottom looks like a dress.
I paid $25.99 for this garbage when it's probably worth about 3.50 cents. The company's customer service is nonexistent – just an automated email response in broken English telling me to "please having patience for reply." Save your money and buy literally anything else. I've had better quality shirts from a dollar store clearance bin.
The only positive? It's taught me to actually read seller reviews before clicking "buy now" on sketchy marketplace listings. Never again!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, sent multiple emails, used the contact form on the website, sent 3x facebook messages and noone would bother replying, want to return my items due to incorrect sizing. Finally got a reply with demanding me to confirm what i ordered and send a phot, no please or thankyou, just "send a picture", then they replied with, well product has been opened so we cant refund. Of course i had to open it to try it on, and there was no mention of that in their terms and conditions. I would not recommend ever trading with this company, slow, rude and very very unwilling to help, never again!!!!

I have contacted you several times regards our order 1 x Foot Callus Removal Spray GFOUK™, please arrange refund asap , if I have not had a reply in 24 hours I will start to contact the police and the commerce commision, looking at the number of horrible reviews,I can't believe you are still in business, or it's a fab company that justs scams people of their money

Was this pleasantly surprised by the speed at which my order arrived, expecting delays over the holiday period. Have had issues with Temu in the past on similar orders, and can say I did not suffer the same experience with Gift Tree.

Orderd weeks before Christmas. It's now January 13th. Still havnt had any word on its whereabouts. No communication. Send many emails, left voice messages. So my daughter didn't get what she wanted for Christmas. Don't shop here

Was pleased to receive my item before Christmas, unfortunately they were men's not women's. I notified Gift tree nz about this, and they responded within a couple hours, with apologies for mishap, and offered for me to keep the Men's item as a gift, and immediately shipped me the women's item free of charge. Package arrived before Christmas, which worked out perfect. So I'm very pleased with my purchase. It really is the putting right that counts! 😁

I believe this company might be fraudulent. I ordered and paid but nothing was ever delivered, no evidence of collection by a courier, no updates and no communication. The phone never gets answered, no reply to emails, and you can not leave a review on their website, which makes me think the great reviews on their website are fake. They take your money and then just silence. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE

Awful customer service i had emailed 3 times with no reply and even sent messages on facebook told to send video of faulty product which i did and never got a reply would warn everyone off this website!! Very upset child as it was a sleeping buddy/breathing toy.

TERRIBLE company! After ordering and paying $92.99 for a rare plant, I was sent an email stating my order had been cancelled and money refunded. Only to find out that the same plant was still for sale but at a new price of $159.00! I emailed them asking for an explanation with zero response. Looking at these reviews I see this is a company not to be trusted! I will never purchase anything from them again. Buyer beware!

Product advertised very different from what I ve got. I ve got a very CHEAP product, DIFFERENT BRAND with MISSING accessories.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO RESPOND TO ME GIFT TREE? I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THAT.

SCAM!!!!!!!Do not buy online from this company. They do not send confirmation emails and you cannot contact them. They do not respond to your emails and you cannot phone them. Clearly they are do not have the capacity to do online orders.

Absolute SCAM, after 6 months of no item, no reply’s and a very long winded bank dispute, you’re a scam indeed. You can fancy that up by replying to these reviews but you go against the law and no one receives an item because you are not a business just a SCAM

I had placed and paid for an order on the 05/12/24.
I have yet to even get a confirmation email stating that I have ordered a product. I know it's around Christmas, so I was willing and prepared to wait a couple weeks for shipping etc but to have zero communication to even let me know my order exists is disheartening.
I have reached out twice via email and once via text with no response.
I am beginning to suspect nothing will arrive and I have been scammed.
It seems many others have had issues using this website and I recommend not going through them. It's unfortunate as I try to support NZ based business as much as possible.

Since this review, I have finally received the product. Still absolutely no communication or tracking number was given I just had to hope it arrived. It is a cheap knock off, and not the Trade marked item they advertised. I'm not sure how that's even legal.
Disappointing. Still would not recommend.

I brought the spray paint gun. It not configured for the NZ wall socket, ie can't be charged.. I sent email asking for refund. No reply yet. The packaging was terrible. I won't return, and will inform afterpay.
