I’m not happy with the way I was…
I’m not happy with the way I was treated I was in security for 15 years but I was told I failed practical physical intervention and communication I worked for over 15 years and I explained I have health issues
I will never recommend get licensed to anybody

Rob Hill is an excellent instructor
Rob Hill is an excellent instructor. This is my 2nd course with him as instructor and both occasions has been enjoyable and taught to a very hight standard. I was lucky to have him as my CCTV instructor as today 06/09/26 is his last day as a Get Licenced Instructor.

The training was quite informative and worthwhile. Day 1 and 2 facilitated by Milan Keric was absolutely amazing. Day 3 practical assessment by Rob Hill was also awesome. Overall I recommend this course to anyone looking to join the SIA. I look forward to taking on other courses within the SIA

I am not happy with Get licensed
I am not happy with Get licensed. They say one thing and do other things.
Instructor Zain was rushing and he is not a helpful person. I am really very upset from his behaviour, sorry to say that. I went for prayer for 10 minutes and my friend told them as well but they didn't wait for me and they started the new physical intervention module. I missed that and they didn't retake that. You didn't mentioned my this concern in your reply.

During the 6 PI Q&A session, your performance was acknowledged positively and you were highlighted to the rest of the class as an example of how well the answers had been learned.
Regarding the practical Escorts assessment, assessors are guided by the awarding body to allow learners to independently demonstrate the required practical skills without heavy prompting. Throughout your assessment, every effort was made to support you — including walking alongside you during demonstrations, providing additional time, and calling out moves to assist you in showcasing your skills to the best of your ability. You were also given the opportunity to redo elements of the assessment to strengthen your overall performance, which is not something that is offered as standard.
We want to assure you that our assessors are held to the highest professional standards and the support provided to you throughout your assessment was delivered with your best interests in mind, ensuring you had every opportunity to demonstrate your skills to the best of your ability.

I had a great experience. The course was for 6 days. On the first 4 days we learnt a lot about the course enthusiastically and effectively by our amazing instructor Ben Mccarthy. On the fifth day we did our Physical Intervention and on the last we did our final exams. Everything was well done due to Ben and couldn’t have asked for a funnier or better teacher. 👍

Muhammad Azmi
I had Muhammad Azmi as my trainer, he made the course very enjoyable. I couldn't wait to come into each day and learn from him. He always explained things very well, used videos to help our understanding too. Anthony Miller who came in for our practical exams was very friendly as well. They are both easy to approach and talk to them with any issues and they resolved it. Lovely guys.
