The lady from customer service who rang to ask if I'd still like the Type A Lavender Jadeite necklace was really helpful. I couldn't remember which one it was as I'm currently returning one as it didn't match the bracelet I already have. Great family values

Not the best…
I haven'.t purchased anything from Gemporia for a while.
Previously I have always been very pleased with my buys so had no qualms about buying again. Sadly this was not the case. I did not expect the bracelet to have 'Made in China' on the packaging which makes it look cheap and not the little gift I thought it would be.

Poor quality cutting
I have been a loyal gemporia customer since 2019 and have had many very good experiences purchasing both jewellery and loose gemstones. However, recently the quality of the gemstone cutting provided by gemporia has dropped to unacceptable levels. As a cutter of fine gemstones myself I am in a unique position to judge the quality of the gem cutting their cutting house in India provides. I recently purchased a yellow sapphire which was a single unique piece so the stine I received was the one shown on the live show. The presenter failed to mention that the cut was off centre by at least 20%, making the stone worthless. This has lost gemporia my trust and my future custom. Very disappointing.
