Good experience, activated the key promptly on Steam in my region.
A manual approval was required for some reason, but it was quick enough that it wasn't that much of a bother.
No issues whatsoever, I bought a game last year and now bought a game that was on a good sale (much better than Steam) using a coupon.
No issues from my side, will be purchasing again!

I recently purchased a somewhat older game (2011) from GG and found that it regularly crashes. As the devs are no longer active I requested a refund. The communication about this issue was very good and I did receive the refund (and a discount code :-) . Thanks for the excellent support!

I've bought several games from Gamers Gate. Great price and they always work as indicated on the site. Customer service is also solid. Recently I bought a Steam game from GG while traveling abroad. Unfortunately I couldn't redeem the GG code on Steam because the game was regioned to the country of purchase which was different than my Steam account region. Totally not GG's fault. I contacted GG and they issued a full refund.
