I won £2,400 last night, a few hours later my account was closed and the withdrawal cancelled?
Tried to find out why just an error they said. Very disappointing🤬

Sure enough like everyone else, I won just over 4000 last night and my mum £2000 got screen shots of the jackpot and the winnings but not transferred and account closed. Got screen shots of everything to prove we won that fair and square and yet they’ve reinstated mums account and deleted history and refused the withdrawals. Absolutely disgraceful. Never use them again

Exactly the same as others on here no account today spoke to some chat bot absolute waste off space .can you imagine the national lottery doing this ..would be an uproar you trust big companies like Gala I will not let this go technical glitch or not ...come on Gala is this worth your reputation

Awful on 4th august said won £1300 woke up to account closed and being told technical problems and never won even though i had screen shot of money won

Same as everyone below, Monday 4th August 2025 I won 2x £2400 and then £320.
Automatically went to withdraw and it states that money will be in account within 4 hours. It was pending until 2am this morning but when I went to log into my account at 3am I was told my account was locked. After emailing customer service, I was told it was an error their end and they were trying to resolve which would take 24/48hrs. Also went to bed planning on spending my wins that I'm desperately in need of to waking up at 8am back to nothing. This is a multi million pound company! They need to pay out the winners or they'll be losing a lot of custom. Furious.

Like many people leaving reviews today, I also experienced the same thing lastnight on bargin wins!!! Not only to find the money I was told i had won had not been transfered into my account but to also have my account closed without any notification is disgusting !!! Gala you have made me feel like ive cheated on the games... very unhappy and you need to get this resolved ASAP.

4th august won £1880 on a bargain bingo 1p a ticket. Withdrew said pending. Woke up today account closed. Spoke to 1 person who said was a system error no one has won . An no compensation will be given . Then spoke to a further 6 different people on Facebook messenger gala verified account to be told there was a system error an we have to wait 24/48 hours for a full investigation then apparently some people will receive their winnings but some people’s will b void

I won over 7,000.00 last night, seems I am not the only one to have won a substantial amount of money. The funds have not cleared within the 8 hours mentioned in my withdrawal and my account has also been closed liked many others. I am awaiting an answer in 48 hours I have been told by email.

As soon as the first mistake happened, why did they not shut the website down straight away.....To take more money and more deposits on other games, I suspect!

Foxy/Gala have already been fined 350,000 for misleading advertising. This is outrageous.

If my funds are not paid, they can keep my account closed as I will not be playing this site again, along with Gala, as they are both owed by the same people.

I won 2 lots of £2,400 on bingo last night (4th Aug) to be told it was a "technical glitch" on their end and I will not receive any of it! Although I won 4 lots, 2 smaller amounts which I withdrew with no issues and now Gala have closed my account down AND their sister sites Coral, Ladbrokes and Foxy locked me out of my accounts on their sites too!

How come my account has been closed this morning after winning last night ?? I won and requested to withdraw winnings which when I went to bed was stated as pending and now I cannot get into my account to see the status of the withdrawal?? I have screenshot of monies in account but nothing has been received??? Please advise !!

Like a lot of people last night who apparently won big money absolutely disgusted at how this can happen. We paid to play didn't we! Husband and I had over £7000 in our accounts last night and this morning accounts are closed. Oh Gala you know you really have messed with a lot of peoples heads! Too good to be true....but still! Give us our money! Your mistake...not ours! Compensation is needed and not just some free bingo tickets that we won't win on! Fuming🤬

So last night I was playing penny bingo and won 2400. I withdraw most of it and left a little to play with. On the next game I won the same again. I was so happy! I have a rescue racehorse who's vets fee's have been horrific. This would have paid most of these. Guess what. Woke up this morning and my account has been closed. Contact customer service via chat and was told there was a technical issue and they were working on it. Would take 24/48 hours and the money would be back on my account. I asked for confirmation that I would get my winnings and the chat host. Basically refused to confirm. I still had money on the account too. I went searching on Google and I'm horrified by all these reviews. A truly happy night has turned into a genuinely fed up day!

I won some money last night, much like the others on here. I spoke to an advisor and they confirmed 'Yes, you have indeed won the money. Congratulations! Wait 24 hours and it should be with you!'.
Now, just like everyone else, my account has been suspended. It's greatly disappointing not just because of losing money I won but due to the lack of communication. Customer service clearly didn't check my account properly when I asked them too, I didn't receive any communication that my account would be suspended, and they took no action last night to stop the supposed 'error'.
No warnings, no accountability, nothing.
Good communication is key especially in cases like this and the past 24hours have proven the company runs on very poor terms.

I can understand mistakes, even the loss of the money, but I can't help feeling like we've all been treated extremely poorly given the circumstances.

You're multimillion company, surely you can do better than this.

Would give it 0 if I could ! Won last night over £1000 claimed it takes 8 hours to reach my account to this morning my account closed! Rang customer service this morning to be told they was a glitch in the system and there investigating it ! lol what a joke ! They like taking your money but don’t like paying out and looking at the comments on here there’s always something ! Iv got screen shots off everything ! How can gala claim there’s a glitch in the system ! The money was clearly there and I with drew it pending in my account ! Stay well clear ! Don’t bother

like the previous person below, i won multiple times last night - withdrew most of it and still no funds showing in my account. tried to call their phone lines - out of service - not recognised. Account closed overnight with still MY CASH still in it.
All you get is these AI bots who have no clue.
They cannot take your money and when you win (and I have screen shots and proof) then close your account and NOT pay you. I have checked my account multiple times and still nothing. This is my money I have won and my cash in the account in credit. I will keep at them until i get my money !!!!

Won £1040 on bargain wins game on 4th aug tried to withdraw the money which went to review then to be told by one of the assistants that every thing ok it will go through only to find my account has now been closed spoke to another advisor who said the had been a technical issue and the funds I won will not be going in and will take 2-3 days for my account to reopen. I won 3 times last night one payment was withdrawn the other 2 showed as waiting to be reviewed , the outstanding withdrawals was for 400 and the other was 170 pound . I have woken this morning to my account be closed amd my winnings are not in my account.
