Absolutely shambolic in terms of transparency. I decided to open an account (I should have read Trustpilot first; in the light of what I have seen on the site I would never have entertained the idea). I was refused, no reasons given, they declined when asked to give a reason and just kept reiterating their right to refuse. I have read every word of their terms and conditions and I cannot see where I am in breach. I have requested their complaints procedure multiple times (not to complain per se about not being able to open an account - I am extremely glad now that I haven't - but about their lack of transparency) and this has not been forthcoming. They seem to lack an understanding that having a complaints procedure in place and available is actually a legal requirement not an optional extra. Their responses are a masterclass in stonewalling

Make sure you read the reviews before you put any money into this site alls the site does is take take take and gives nothing back. I have now closed my account after being a customer for years it time to stop giving to these robbing sites

Completely frustrated so much so that I'm.leaving a review which I never do. I tried to explain my situation ( which I had to do several times in several different ways to several customer service workers. And at the end of the day they could not understand either way I was at a loss and my situation not rectified. I deposited £100 from a Shared account, made £460 within 30 minutes and then the company blocked my account and have seized my money due to a 'Business Decision'.
I sent them all the KYC requirements, along with the bank being in my name and they still are refusing the withdraw. SCAM COMPANY
