We just moved into a new house we needed everything new, we met with Raheem who was very friendly and very professional he made us at ease we ordered wardrobes, sofas, dining table and lots more everything went well the delivery people kept us informed the furniture delivered as planned i would recommend Furniture Village Enfield to all my friends and family.

It was very great experience with Shan and feel like dream come true. As doing renovation and spending money on other things, we never thought that we'll be able to get new sofas for lounge. But hooooray, we got it and very happy with it. Well done Shan.

We visited Furniture Village Reading on July 13th. Had a very good shopping experience and bought two Hudson sofas, one static and the other reclining. Signed and paid in full. When we left the shop the good service stayed behind. We were given an estimated delivery of 7 to 9 weeks. Great excitement when we received an email indicatimg an early delivery, however two days later received a call telling us no delivery as our order was not received with the consignment. But we're told they would investigate and get back to us. No call just silence, so called the shop to find out what was happening,spoke to the original salesperson who said that she would find out and give us a call on the expected delivery date.That date has now passed without any call, then checked on track my order, all that was there was that the order has been delayed by an expected two weeks, no reason or explanation. Called the shop recorded message told me the staff was too busy attending to customers and to leave name number and detailed message and someone will contact me. No call just silence. Poor after sales service. Do not pay upfront for your order unless the goods are in stock.

We had a great experience at FV. We weren't hassled when we entered the shop which is a massive plus for me. The staff waited to be approached and were extremely helpful. Not taken delivery yet, but communication is just at the right level.

Cliff and Gaz were very professional and polite and the extra great touch was they assembled our chairs in their van before bringing them into the house because they didn’t want to get polystyrene everywhere. I’ve never known a company to do that. Brilliant

We recently received our sofa bed which is fantastic quality.

The delivery team (Lorus) deserve a big thank you. We have a tricky driveway, and the sofa bed weighed a lot. However, they managed to navigate both problems without an issue. Unfortunately I'd didn't get their individual names, but both were also very friendly and professional.

Purchased our new mattress from Cribbs Causeway and from start to finish excellent service from in store from Shirley and Charlie and such a smooth stress free delivery from Kyle and Freddy. Kyle and Freddy took care of everything delivering the mattress putting it where it needed to be and removing all packaging and taking such care with everything, can’t thank them enough.
