Mick and Paul delivered and set up my new sofa and chair today. They were friendly and professional. They rang ahead to let me know when they would arrive do no hanging about waiting. Thank you guys - an excellent job.

Dragos was exceptionally helpful and very patient. He made my experience of purchasing furniture very enjoyable as I haven’t needed to purchase items in many years.

Easy & efficient delivery by Jon & Brian. Sofa arrived & installed in 30 mins

Had my replacement sofa delivered today by Bradley/Fabian who took my damaged one away they were efficient and friendly checked the sofa to make sure there was no damage i was very pleased with their service

The agent Stewart Jordan he made the whole transaction professional and great customer service. I have worked in similar jobs and made it all easy and fun I would happily give Stewart 10/10 great credit to the company castle marina

Ive bought from FV a fee times recently. The staff are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
This time was no different. All I would say though was that I felt the whole sales process was very rushed. The guy went through everything thoroughly enough but spoke like an auctioneer.
I get it that he wants as much commission as he can make but he needs to slow it down a tad and make it more about the customer.

Delivery members James and Keu were friendly, professional and very helpful. They delivered 4 dining chairs, a one-seater sofa and a three-seater reclining sofa. Everything was brought in carefully and safely, and the assembly was done smoothly and quickly. They took great care with everything and made the whole process completely stress-free.

The salesman was great, offered a fab deal to us. His explanation of the best cover and product for our busy house was good too. Obviously be interested how good the aftersales are as we have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for our new furniture
